OKAY. THEICECREAMISRLLYGOOD. You can watch your ice cream be made. Also, its Thai ice cream. You customize toppings for .50 each. But the interior is very cramp. I do not recommend eating in the store. Other than the interior, the food is 5 stars.

A tiny shop with only one sitting table. We ordered two crepes — fruits cocktail and beef — and both tasted very good. Ingredients were fresh. They also have Thai fried ice creams which look delicious but we didn’t try it on such a winter day.

This is the second location of S&N Crepes on 8th Avenue. I’ve only been to the first location once since its quite far but enjoyed the crepes I tried nonetheless. I was rather surprised when I walked in the other day to an even smaller shop. There’s room for maybe 3 – 4 people and only one window«table» with two ottomans. The place was completely empty and the two workers there were having dinner. I felt a bit rude intruding because they promptly finished up and got back behind the counter. I ordered 3 crepes to go: green heaven($ 7.00), durian($ 7.00) and beef($ 7.50) which came recommended. Their menus were informative; there were pictures and a small list of ingredients for each crêpe with pricing. Tax was included in the prices and a ticket/receipt was given to me(possibly for pickup). The cashier also handed me a promo card in which a free crêpe would be rewarded after the purchase of 5 crepes. Neat! The crepes were all good with just the right amount of crisp. They were made quickly and the dessert ones were not overly or sugary sweet. All the flavors meshed nicely and complimented each other. The durian crêpe had actual pieces of durian in it but was not as substantial as the other two. Ingredients and fruits seemed fresh. The beef crêpe for my brother smelled very good and seemed savory. I had no trouble taking all 3 crepes home in these takeout cone bags they had. I will definitely come back to treat myself to more of their crepes every once in a while. Just wish they had a larger seating area since its pretty much takeout for now.

Bought a thai roll ice-cream for $ 5.50. It was pretty tasty and big in proportion. They made it pretty fast considering the fact that I ordered two of them. The shop is little and doesn’t really have that much sitting area. Best for getting the food quick and leaving.

A new place for crepes! The place is small and cozy. Only about 3 – 5 seats inside. It’s cute inside and the staff is very attentive. They have so many sweet and savory flavors on their menu. All the crepes were affordable, under $ 10! The crêpe was so good. It wasn’t too sweet. The edges of the crêpe is my favorite, super crispy sides! We ordered the durian to try. Durian is so good with fresh strawberries and vanilla ice cream. Also it came with two chocolate pocky sticks! Will definitely come back to try other flavors!

I have a not so secret addiction to crepes, sweet or savory. I have passed by S& N over on 48th st. many times. When I saw that they opened this location over on 59th st., I thought it was about time I gave them a try. First, I just want to say that this location is more grab and go, which was fine by me since that was my intention. I walked in and skimmed the menu, decided on the seafood crêpe(they’ll ask if you want it spicy or not) and the fruit cocktail crêpe. I sat down and waited for a little bit while they made the crepes and at first glance, I didn’t think it looked that good… I was wrong. The staff was very friendly and handed me one of the crepes and spoke with me about the crepes. She told me that their crepes are crispy and they use gluten-free rice flour. She also told me that the cream in the fruit crêpe is sweet, but not overly sweet. Everything she said was on point, the crêpe was just the right amount of crispy and left a taste of roasted rice? I don’t know if that makes sense, but I’m saying it is a good thing. I tried some of the fruit cocktail crêpe and the fruits were fresh and the cream gave it a nice sweet flavor/smooth texture. The seafood crêpe was flavorful and the ingredients were very fresh as well. The prices are very reasonable as well, all under $ 10 and they’re currently doing a promotion, buy 5 and get one free. Overall, a great lunch or dinner option and I will be back for sure! =)
