Very delicious and bizarre donuts. The girl working the register was kind, and told me about all of the donuts. Brought them home and everyone loved them. Because the donuts were not baked there, but brought in because they are an auxiliary store, there was not a complete selection. Will return, but perhaps to a different location.

This place is so different, but so good for a different type of doughnut, we found this place on a Sunday just wanting to have coffee and something light in the morning by the beach. What a completely different take on doughnuts, my favorite was the maple bacon because I like maple, but we had all types from red velvet, to crème brûlée, to butterfinger. The price isn’t bad, for half a dozen we paid around $ 9. We have been here when they had pairings with Funky Buddha. They also have a location in Oakland Park by chuckee cheese, a weird area to to put it because it’s kinda hard to find.

I try different donuts every time I travel to a different city, so when I saw a new place in my town, I had to go. They were still in soft opening, so I know some things are still not finished. There was no seating, counter and to-go only. The prices were reasonable(I’ve seen $ 3.50 for a single donut before… that’s not reasonable), the display was clean, and the donuts were visually appealing. I got the maple bacon and another one I can’t remember now. Hazelnut with chocolate cream on the top center? They were alright but very sweet. I probably won’t be back since Mojo is the same distance away for me.

I wanted so much to keep eating these donuts. I loved the apple fritters too but a few weeks ago I walked in with my husband on a Saturday and there were tons of flies. Everywhere. I also noticed that’s their main kitchen and they use it for their other locations. I don’t mean a few flies. I mean dozens and they were buzzing all over the donuts and us! Yuk

Not a fan. The doughnuts were not too fresh and were not very tasty. I usually photography my food and I didn’t bother. Mojo doughnuts were much better and had more flavor. I do not like giving bad reviews but I was not happy with the quality.

This location is PREFECT and is literally 5 minutes from my house! The craft doughnut revolution has made its way to suburbia and I couldn’t be happier. The new Rhino location is situated in the plaza just to the west of Chuckie Cheese. The appearance of the plaza is a little run down but they’re in the process of giving it a face lift so things should improve. There was only one staff member here at the time but he was really enthusiastic about the new location and helped us load up on our doughnuts! I definitely didn’t plan on leaving with an entire box of doughnuts, but hey, it happens! The regular glazed doughnut holes were really yummy and the apple fritter was great, I just wish it had more apples in/around/on it. The maple bacon glazed doughnut was also really good, however, it could always always always use MOREBACON!(#justsaying) It literally tasted like condensed breakfast! The Boston cream was my absolute favorite out of all of them. I ate that one before my friends could even ask for a bite… sorry guys! I got the Cinnamon Toast Crunch one for my sister who loves CTC and she thought it was the best thing ever. This one also comes with chocolate drizzle on the top but I opted to get her the plain one. We also tried the strawberry glazed doughnut with sprinkles and you could definitely tell it was strawberry flavor; very good! Overall, who doesn’t like doughnuts and these are super special unicorn doughnuts! Will most definitely be back for more!

Delicious donuts! Isn’t that all I really need to write? Shop hard to find? Yes. No signage? Yes. Strange location? Yes. But at the end of the day, this review is about donuts. And they were awesome. I had the key lime(perfect balance of tart, sweet and soft cakey dough), strawberry glazed with fresh blueberries(and the glaze is from real strawberries and you can taste it’s freshness!), and maple bacon with maple custard filling(need I say more?). All were fantastic, and I will return.

8÷1÷2015 — What do you do after a hard CrossFit session? You go hunting for doughnuts!!! Our friend Angie S. who follows all the sweets in town, came across the new location for Rhino Doughnuts and enticed all of us to go(we didn’t need that much convincing). We were in a 4 car caravan to this place. Is in a small shopping center and being that they had just opened, there isn’t that much signage, but trust me, it is worth the drive and really it isn’t hard to find. As soon as you walk in, you get slapped silly with the yummy smells of SUGAH… We were welcomed by Joel, he is AWESOME! He explained all these wonderful doughnuts and flavors. Some of us came here for one bought a half dozen.(DON’T JUDGE, lol) We sat on their tables and just started a tasting of our own. We had the glazed holes, super fluffy and delish. If a glazed doughnut is that good, I couldn’t wait to try the rest. The coconut was so good, and the BACON one was out of this world. It tasted like French toast with maple syrup. Then I bought the Strawberry glazed with sprinkles. The frosting had real strawberries in it. They have an array of flavors, you must try them all. Go with friends, get a half dozen or dozen and just sample them all. Only thing I would say is their tables and chairs need an update.
