Super slow service every time. Shift managers appear to not care as they are normally on a computer or smart phone. Team communication is non-​existent. Staff appears very disorganized. Great place if you are not in a hurry or have a low expectation of customer service.

Well decorated, my order of a bagel and cream cheese with an ice coffee was served quickly. This bagel was toasted perfectly and loaded with cream cheese just the way I like it. There is a cool pentagon type table with Jacks and outlets to plug phones and computers into. A nice little living room area with a big flat screen TV displaying the news. This is a pretty impressive Dunking Donuts 5 stars hands down

I enrolled into the dunkin donuts card rewards program. When you sign up you get a free medium beverage on the coupon it tells you latte included I go through the drive-​through and tell the lady there tells me there is no way I have a coupon for a free latte. Then she says you are reading it wrong and you ate giving me wrong information. I was highly insulted she implied I was illiterate. So I tell her I am offended and a man comes on the microphone and starts screaming at me. Never again. Writing corporate and calling Smh. Had to pull off because they were more than likely going to spit on drink. I have never been treated like this at any dunkin donuts.

This dunkin donuts has improved a lot. The décor has changed and the service is fast. They are always kind and receive you with a smile. The latest and the greatest is that they have two conference rooms that are very state of the art. They are not a new thing but I reserved their big conference for a tumblr event I hosted and had a marvelous experience. It was cheap, convenient, and very spacious.
