Dr. Melvin S Hsu, D.C. finished his undergraduate degree of Psychology from UC Davis. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in 2000. He has been in practice since 2000. Dr. Hsu currently served as Vice Chairman at Herguan University and Board Member at University of East-​West Medicine. Dr. Hsu is also a Department of Public Health certified Supervisor of Radiology.

Dr. Melvin S. Hsu, DC graduated from UC Davis in 1997 with Psychology degree. He went to Palmer Chiropractic College and got his Doctor of Chiropractic in 2000. He worked at St. Tomas medical center with Medical doctors, podiatrist, and acupuncturist after graduation. He earned his network with Kaiser and other major insurance companies in 2002 while he was in practice.

Dr. Melvin S. Hsu, DC created Winchester Health Clinic in 2003. He and 3 other doctors and acupuncturist work closely together to bring the most effective remedy for correcting pain and health conditions. Dr. Hsu was the first in Bay Area to introduce Spinal Decompression DRX 9000 to his practice since 2004. He has many success stories and many referrals from patients and other health professions.
