Had to come here for a TB test for work. Called to get an appt but none available for a week. Came in as a walk in and wait is 1 ½ hours. What made it all worse is the women working at the front desk are extremely condescending and unprofessional. Just to ask a simple question, their attitude toward clients is really unacceptable. Not surprised at all with the extremely low ratings and reviews. Avoid this place if you can!

I am here in a workmans comp claim and the folks milk it. my first appointment was BS, took THREE HOURS. Everything about the proceed is painful. The dirty facility, the rude staff. After nearly having a heart attack because of how angry I was the appointment wrapped up and I was told I would start physical therapy, an appointment was scheduled by apparently that was to See a doctor. After that an appointment was made three business days after (again thinking its for physical therapy) I come in and nothing! It’s to see the doctor. I had called in earlier that morning to change the time of my appointment and I asked if this was for physical therapy, the lady Jeremy said yes. I come in at my appointment time and guess what?! Nope, the appointment was to see the doctor. By this point I am LIVID! Called my claims adjuster and requested I be seen elsewhere.
Their facility is old as well as the equipment the use. It’s not welcoming at all.
Now, to the rudest of them all Jeremy. She is a condescending piece of work. She has a problem with shutting her mouth when being spoken to, so obviously she doesn’t listen. I spoke with her in the morning she confirmed one thing and when I get into the offices he calls me a liar.

I’d give it less than one star if I could. Employer sent me here for pre employment physical, told me they took walk ins. Upon arrival I was told an hour wait so I made an appointment for the next day and left. I arrived on time to my appointment to a TWO and a HALF hour wait!!! Completely unacceptable. Will be recommending to my employer to use a different company. There are many out there that do the same work with better and faster customer service.
(The nurse was nice and efficient with her portion and apologized for the wait explaining urgent walk ins set them back.

This is not urgent care when you have to wait more than two hours for a doctor. Sorry we only have one doctor in this facility they tell you after they take your payment

I had a bad stomach pain that kept me from sleeping all night. I called us healthworks in the morning and was able to make an appointment right away. When I arrived at the clinic, I was seen by a doctor right away. Dr Chang was so personal and took time to explain to me about my questions. The receptionist was helpful too.

Not worth it

Please do not go here, this place is awful inefficient and there is no respite. I have been going here for about 5 visits and not a single good point about this clinic.
I do not usually write reviews but feel compelled to do as it is the right thing to do to warn people what they are getting into when they go to US Healthworks. Place should be called U. S Health DOES NOT WORK. I will be calling the CEO to lodge a compliant as well.
You tell the doctors honestly about your pain and they belittle you and tell you that you are lying. They do not care about your pain as they are being paid by the insurance companies being a worker’s comp facility.
Doctors with rude bedside manners, inefficient staff.

Incredibly slow here!!!
Went to get an eye exam for work– waited over 45 minutes!!!
A fellow coworker came in a half hour later then I did and they got called first– WTF!!!
Overall it took an hour and a half to get a ten minute eye exam.
I would avoid this place at all costs!!!

I have never encountered such a horrible physician as Dr. Reddy. She spent merely an hour with me today sharing patients stories rather than evaluating the patient. Dr. Reddy compared and contrasted the pain of a cancer patient, amputee, wrist fx to a post concussion patient; which is not appropriate. She did not take the time to assess my head pain but instead made accusations that I was a drug addict for taking a narcotic prescribed by another treating physician. She failed to follow up with the Amtripyline that was perscribed by her that caused terrible side effects; in fact I stopped taking it on Day 2. I asked for other options for break thru head pain and she deferred to neurologist who prescribed neurontin but yet was told that i will not follow up wiith him again which is quite scary!
Dr. Reddy wrote orders for a Post Concussion Syndrome Patient to return to work when in her evaluation she reported my condition did not change from my last visit a week ago. In essence, Dr. Reddy agreed to send a PCS patient back to work with head pain that is not managed, as well as wanting to trial a new medication at the same time. I am devastated by her decision as Kaiser Physician that evaluated me originally made it very clear not to return work until you are symptom free.
The two stars is for the front office receptionist, medical assistants and physician assistants who were fantastic!

I think I just lost the visit lottery. I was a walk-​in on a Friday afternoon and ended up waiting close to 2 hours before being seen by a nurse and given my drug screen and TB skin tests. Even then, there was a mix up and I only received the TB skin test and was sent back to the waiting room for another 30 min before receiving my drug screen.
I’m usually a very patient and understanding person having volunteered at various hospital and clinic settings all throughout college. I also feel that as a walk-​in with a non-​emergency issue, I have little right to get upset over long waits… But a 3 hr total visit time did seem a little excessive.
But again, I probably just lost the visit lottery and I’m hoping such a long wait and issues like what I encountered are not the norm.
The front desk staff was great though. JENNY and CHRISTINA were super sweet and sincere. I got to see their interactions with a lot of the other clients, and they were always so nice! The three nurses I saw were just okay. Kinda sluggish and without the urgency I would expect in such a high volume setting.

Horrible service and inefficient way of handling patients. I took an appointment at 1 for my mother who is sick and weak. We have been waiting for an hour now and no one had attended us yet. The nurse at front desk said we will be served next By the patients who came after us and are walk ins are being served.

Follow these tips to have a good experience if you are coming for a work-​related injury:
1. Come early if you are a walk-​in. Even though they tell you there aren’t many people ahead of you, the wait can be frustrating. There were several visits where walk-​in patients were mumbling about their frustration because of the wait times. I waited over an hour on my first visit with 4 – 5 people ahead of me on the sign-​in list.
2. Confirm that your work has sent authorization prior to your arrival. Get the name of the person they spoke to on the phone. I did not get the name of the person my HR rep spoke to, and one of the front desk employees literally just sat there staring into space until I asked if anyone had called the new number I provided. After that first visit, I had no issues. Although, that employee was never there for my subsequent visits.
3. If you have CT, book all of the appointments at once. There is only one chiropractic doctor that works on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Dr. Rojas is amazing. Very good bedside manners, and great at showing you the exercises you need to get better fast. Because his schedule is so limited, it’s best to book ahead. I wasn’t able to go back to work so my schedule was pretty wide open. If you have to schedule around work, then definitely book early.
4. Dr. Sapna is the only person you will want to see on the non-​PT side. She was friendly, and thorough. I won’t mention names, but the first doctor I saw was judgmental about my personal choices in life, which had nothing to do with my injury. I was offended by her unprofessionalism. I am glad the office is accommodating when you ask to see specific doctors. All of the medical assistants were awesome.
I’ve been to the US Healthworks in Milpitas, and I definitely like this location better. It’s brighter, cleaner, and the front desk staff is much nicer. In general, everyone could be better at communicating. My first visit was rocky because I was shuffled from room to room and had a different doctor come in thinking I had not been helped yet. They had me waiting but couldn’t tell me what I was waiting for.
Follow my tips and I’m sure you’ll have a better experience than I did. The building is under construction at the moment, so it will be noisy!

The organization is very inefficient. I had an appointment at 7:30 and I arrived 5 minutes earlier. It is 7:50 now and I’m still waiting…

I guess this place is mostly for job related injuries and heath prescreenings. Well, I came here because I was so sick and couldn’t take it anymore.
I waited for about an hour in the waiting room. Then, I was called back to one of the exam rooms and the nurse checked my vitals.
But then, I waited for over an hour in the exam room. It wasn’t until I peeked outside the door to inquire when a doctor was going to see me that a doctor walked by.
She did an exam and I was on my way out in about half an hour with antibiotics
Overall, I liked the doctor who tended to me. But, the waiting for a doctor, sucked! For Urgent Care… it didn’t seem so urgent here.
So, if you have an appointment, I’m sure this location may work out for you. But, if you have an urgent (not emergency) health issue… you may want to check out another location in the area. I’ll probably do that before coming back here.

So my pre health screening was done here. Even though I had an appointment it took 2 hours to get it done.
The receptionist have no idea what they’re doing. I told them I can’t do the PPD today cause I can’t come in the next three days. But then she kept saying you need to get this done. I said I’ll come in next wed. The following day they say my paper work is incomplete. Didn’t you write a note saying I’ll come back? It’s not like this place could possibly have more than 20 patients a day. It takes so long to process them.
I guess this is the result of big medicine. Outsourcing your occupational health to a big conglomerate where the CEO which makes millions have no idea about how poorly their operations work.

This place is SLOW! The doctor lectured me on my first visit for a blood test after a contamination incident at work. She said the anti depressants I took were «too much for such a young girl» she said I needed to work on my mind body connection…
My third visit in a month and still it takes 50 min with an appointment for a blood draw?

Came in for urgent care because I injured my hand and thought my finger might be fractured. I called ahead and they said the wait time was only 30 minutes and that they could take x-​rays of my hand.
In reality, I had to wait nearly 2 hours and when it was finally my turn, they told me the x-​ray was broken. What?!? Why didn’t they tell me that so I could go to another facility to get my hand checked? Without the x-​ray, the doctor wasn’t able to confirm if my finger was fractured or not and just had a nurse come in to put on a temporary splint. The nurse was very rough with my hand and was not cautious at all which just caused me more pain.
What a waste of time and money.
