Very rude. Got the wrong order and on top of it they r acting very rude. In 5 mins I stood there they had to remake at least 5 orders. Pathetic service.

Latina manager /barista is literally the most rude /unfriendly person I’ve ever dealt with in a Starbucks or hospitality establishment. She speaks down to and is very condescending to coworkers and customers alike. Makes for an extraordinarily uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. No clue how anyone could deal with being around that women for any length of time. Yeesh.

Not too clean and smells funny. Feels grungy even tho it’s only a couple of years old. Avoid this and go to a regular Starbucks(this is inside the target store) or neighboring coffee shop instead. Philz is a block away — it’s beautiful! It’s also slow and inefficient. I think they are understaffed — sometimes they use Target employees to fill in — they get confused with orders. It can get so slow… If you’re at target and just need a quick coffee fix this will do. Better than the Pizza Hut in the store!

All the employees that work here are nice. I like that I can use my red card here so I get the 5% savings.

Edgy for a Target Starbucks. Female baristas with tattoos! So punk. I keed. I k or not they were friendly and got my drink fast. Sounds like a lot of previously disgruntled Unilocalers but i was treated like youd expect. Even for a target bux.

The baristas are rude and unfriendly. Would a smile kill you? She slammed my drink onto the table and threw the straw. Their drinks aren’t top notch either. I asked for TWO pumps of peppermint in my drink, but they gave me FIVE instead, resulting in an overly minty drink. Also, when they put the whipped cream in, they put the cap on first and then fill half the cap with whip cream.(A regular Starbucks swirls the whipped cream on then puts to cap on the drink.) Note: This Starbucks DOESNOT give free flavored syrups(50¢) like regular starbucks do.

The barista may offer quick service, but there was no one in line after me. So what’s the rush? There’s not much of a crowd either. She filled the tall cup a little too much and poured some out, put the cap on didn’t bother to wipe the Iced Oprah Chai Tea Latte that got on the outside of the cup. And I’m gonna hold this drink while I walk around Target… you want my hands to get sticky and touch items throughout the store? Is that what you want? The barista was a female working at 4pm on this lovely Friday afternoon. Would a smile kill you? Please management, give her an espresso shot or something to make her perky. And she pretty much threw the drink across the serving area. Kinda wish it dropped so she could of made a new one. I picked up my drink, walked over to where the napkins were at and hope she saw me wiping off her unfinished work.

The rating is for today only. Normally the staff are top notch, friendly, helpful & always smiling. Today they were cold & rude. Example 1) the lady in front of me asked for a sleeve for her coffee & the barista snapped back«I already double cupped it. Do you need a third cup»? This as opposed to the yesterday when I was here(forgot to check in) when a different barista apologized because they were out & offered to double cup a customers drink. Example 2) I ordered an iced drink & when it was ready I took it turned to the mixing area realized there were no straws turned back to ask for one & the girl snapped back at «what». A little anger at the attitude I said a straw would be nice so she tossed it across the counter. Just freaking rude & piss poor customer service.

I came to this location during the Starbucks happy hour and was impressed at the fact that even though they were slammed, the two gentleman working remained calm, patient and friendly, which is very hard to do when u are being slammed with back to back frappacinos. So a big thank you to AJ and Scott!

This is the best Starbucks I have been to, they not just serve drinks, they serve smiles all around. Have a special request on your drink? Extra sweet? less ice? Just ask for it, you’ll get it just per your request! They have been getting new staff lately but the culture of «the happiness for the customer is first» was well adopted by everybody. I come here almost everyday and I’m always looking forward to seeing them all!

I work right around the corner from this Starbucks, so I’ve been here at least half a dozen times. It’s a Target Starbucks, so not the most ambient, but the service is good and the drinks are as you’d expect. The baristas here are always really friendly, despite the fact that it can get really hot in the store and the line can get long. I’ve noticed that sometimes there’s only one person here, but usually there are 2 or 3, which definitely makes a difference when a line forms. I use my Starbucks card every time I go, and I have always had gotten my syrup shots free. I’m not sure if this is something that’s changed since the previous review, but I have never had any problems. I usually get an iced latte or an iced tea, and it’s always good. To be honest, the quality of their drinks is better than the Bean Scene on Murphy Ave, although that place has the cute small business ambiance and is a more ambient place for sitting with a friend or bringing a laptop.

If you are a Starbucks Rewards card holder, *stay away*! I brought my own Starbucks tumbler ready to fill up on my usual iced vanilla latte… thinking it should be business as usual. Then, I found out from the less-than-friendly short-haired woman barista that 1. They don’t honor the 10 cents off for bringing your own cup(though she did give it to me after telling me that they don’t usually do it). 2. They don’t honor the free flavored syrup(50 cents off usually in regular Starbucks). Problem is, I have had both of these honored at the Cupertino Target Starbucks before! But the unfriendly barista offered no apology but just a stern voice saying, «no, we don’t do that here.» Alas, no discounts off my regular drink with my rewards card AND no customer service either. You will not get my business again!
