If you get lucky and have good staff, it can be worthwhile. But if not, it is highly overpriced for what it is. We held my daughter’s 6th birthday party here and had terrible staff. When we first arrived, they asked her what color crown she wanted and she said blue. They said no blue. Seriously? Then they gave her red and stapled the crown too small so it would not stay on her head. Did they get another? No. The two guys then just stood around and chatted to each other the whole time. Previous parties we’ve been to, the staff engage with the kids, particularly those who seem not to be getting into the fun, and the kids have a great time. By the time we paid for the party and the mandatory pizza, it was about $ 500. First and last time.

I had my daughter’s 3rd birthday party here. All the kids and parents had a blast. The staff at Pump It Up made the experience seamless and effortless. You don’t have to do a thing AND guests love it. You can customize the invitations if you want and order the cake from Cold Stone Creamery. That’s all it takes. The Cold Stone next to this Pump It Up location is the only ‘bakery’ that delivers the cake for you to Pump It. Awesome. The staff are young, energetic, great with kids, and know how to host a party! They welcome the children, play some games with them, take photos, line up the kids for the party room, give special attention to the birthday child, prepare the party room and anything else you ask for help with. I would book another birthday party here in a heartbeat! A no work HIT! Great for the busy mom! And there is no party planning stress! No cleanup!
