Paradise Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

Paradise carpet cleaning is amazing! I have used them for years for cleaning very dirty carpets and furniture. They leave everything sparkling clean! Highly recommend them.

I have used Paradise Carpet Cleaners for several years. It’s always easy to get an appointment that works for me. Vince is on time and does a wonderful job. He is especially careful with my furnishings and leaves everything neat and orderly. It is nice to work with a family run business, especially when the people are so nice and competent.

Vinve and Aaron have been cleaning our carpets for years. Their service has been exemplary in every respect… quality, pricing, promptness, efficiency. It just doesn’t get any better.

I have used Paradise Carpet multiple times and they have showed up as scheduled and done quality work. Their prices are reasonable and I will continue to use them in the future. Recently we had an issue with a tenant who moved out and left some furniture in the space. Vince showed up and moved the furniture before completing the job. He charges for this, but a lot of other vendors would have left the job and not done the work. This is a dependable company and I recommend them.

I’ve known and used Vince of Paradise Carpet Cleaning since 2008. His consistent quality and attention to detail as well as his knowledge of the material he’s working with only enhance his excellent results. We won’t have anyone else touch our carpets! As a real estate broker, I need to be extremely careful of who I recommend to clients. That said, I have referred Vince to many clients and even neighbors and will continue to do so.

It is April 2014. The last time Vince cleaned my carpet it was 2011! (He has been cleaning it since we moved in over 15 years ago!) We have a German Shepherd Dog, who seems to shed a new coat every few days! We also have an annoying propensity to eat and spill in every room in our house.

First, I have to say I was very skeptical of the 5 star reviews, but it’s much deserved after our cleaning today.
I’m a product manager so attention to details and the consumer experience are two key things I’m passionate about. These are the same qualities Paradise Carpet Cleaners embody.
Vince and his son, Aaron, showed up at my front door bright and early, and right on time. They put their booties on without me even asking! We did a quick walk through and was given our quote which seemed reasonable to me. We desperately wanted our carpets and entryway tiles cleaned before baby #2 arrives.
Here’s where these guys elevate themselves above the competition:
They were extremely friendly to my 2.5 year old and he just loved them. You can tell immediately they were completely trustworthy.
Their (nice looking) van was parked right outside our garage. The last time we had our carpets cleaned, the exhaust from the guys’s motor flooded our garage and home. It was HORRIBLE. Vince was two steps ahead because he is able to control the direction the exhaust exits to keep it away from our home.
They place guards to protect corners around the home from any damage with their equipment and lined our hardwood floors with a rug to prevent any stains or water damage.
Vince and Aaron moved our furniture without my assistance. This was key for me because my back has been hurting from carrying our 2.5 year old.
And what really impressed me most was after the cleaning, they had little plastic squares that go between the legs of our furniture to prevent any water damage or elevated larger pieces of furniture with blocks of foam!
My wife and I are super meticulous and we’re extremely impressed with how every stain was removed! Vince even mentioned if we find any stains, he’d be happy to pop by and clean them! Doggy stains, watermelon juice, taro milk tea with pearls… all gone!
I love the fact that I’m able to support a local, family run business that operates as if it were their own home that they were cleaning.
They’re a rare gem and you can bet were only going to use them from now on!

Just got my carpet cleaned this afternoon. Vince and his son did an amazing job. I didn’t realize they were going to clean under all of my furniture; everything looks brand new. Vince was also kind enough to give me some advice on caring for my carpet. I’m sure there are some chains that will offer the same services for less, but I’ll continue to support this local business for its excellence and professionalism. They even called to see if I wanted them to come a few hours earlier, since they were done with a prior job.

We have been using Vince for many years and he is outstanding !! Here really cares
and does a super job !! He came out one on an emergency red wine spill and took care of it ! over the years we have used many carpet cleaners and Vince is the BEST !!

Fantastic service, professional and accommodating. They took out my small oriental rug for cleaning and brought it back beautiful (lots of barbed dog hair had been covering it!) They offered great advice on buying quality area rugs. We have taken up our wall to wall (allergies!) but will call on Paradise for our upholstery cleaning.

We’ve used them twice now… and we are as impressed with their work this time as the time before. They removed stains that we did not expect to get out. Our carpets look almost new after they finished. They were on time and reliable. May not be the most inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. We will definitely continue to use them in the future.

Had an estimate from Vince today and it was double the price of all the other quotes received. So, if you are looking for just a move out cleaning this may not be the service for you. Nice man and I am sure he does what he does very well.

A club I belong too has some carpet that should have been replaced 10 years ago at least. When the kids track in mud and dirt from the back yard, it looks like Hurricane Katrina rolled through the building.
Everyone panics about it, but the manager calls Vince and the carpet looks practically brand new. If he can make that ratty old carpet look clean and fresh, just imagine how nice your house carpet is when he is done.

Top Quality in every respect. Hopeless white carpet looks like new… along with several other carpets cleaned. Highly recommended!

Vince is amazing. We have had him clean area rugs, carpets, and upholstery and are always amazed and the quality results and great prices. We also have him seal our floor tile 2 times a year. He will come for emergencies if you have a bad spot that needs taken care of. Having worked in the design + construction industry for +20 years, am very particular about quality of service. I have recommended Paradise to family and friends with the confidence they will also be a fan. Vince is incredibly trustworthy and a dedicated service provider.

«As good as it gets!» is just right to describe Vince and Paradise Carpet Cleaning. «Professional», «does a great job», and «trustworthy» are spot-​on descriptors based on two projects Vince has done for us — most recently all the carpet in our home. It had seen lots of traffic but just spot cleaning for five years. Our daughter’s room had a 6 inch circle of dried glue. They were embarrassing. We returned to find the carpets a pleasure to see and walk barefoot in again!

My mother needed to have her heavily soiled carpets cleaned right away (courtesy of grand kids) and wanted me to arrange it for her. After asking around, I got high recommendations from several friends that Paradise Carpet Cleaning in Sunnyvale is the only one I should consider for that peace-​of-​mind, quality professional work. After getting in touch by phone, we told them our situation and explained that we needed to schedule as soon as possible. At the appointed time, Vince from Paradise Carpet showed up and inspected the rooms that require the carpets to be cleaned, pre-​treated the stains, set up the equipment and was hard at work cleaning the rooms in no time. Vince was very pleasant and friendly, but you can tell he’s been doing this for a long time, because there was no wasted motion, no unnecessary chit-​chat, but complete attention to getting the task done in a professional and thorough manner.
Within 2 hours, the carpet in the room looked as if we had installed new carpeting! Everyone was just amazed what a difference from before and after the cleaning.
