This place rips it’s customers off. Save your money and your time. The best employees (Leila, Farideh) have quit. I was charged $ 125 for hair root touch up ($ 45 for touch up, $ 20 for non-​ammonia color, a 90 min wait with the color on while my stylist attended to another customer, $ 65 for a wash and blow dry). Never returning.

It was my first time and I really liked the services offered by them. They offer all the services under one roof. The owner and her employees are very good. They are well trained and take care of you and really value your time and money.

I decided today that I will never ever go to this salon in my life. First up all they make my eyebrows bleed with their cheap threads every single time and make me believe that it is due to my sensitive skin. Secondly if you ever try their ridiculously expensive facial massages, you will realize that those girls are so busy talking to each other and don’t give a damn to you or your skin. The Worst and horrible customer service I experienced. So not worth it!

I used to go to another salon closer to my house but the eyebrow lady I liked always had inconsistent timings. I was introduced to Azin by a friend and ended up liking her so much I now continue to drive the extra 10 minutes to get my eyebrows done by her. She’s very sweet and quick and never makes my eyebrows too thin. Somehow the whole process feels less painful as well, no matter how overgrown my brows are. I just moved to the area and was happy to find such a fun and homely environment. And Mansi.
Thank god for Mansi, she rescued me and my eyebrows! She’s kind and patient (in regards to pain tolerance) and is very mindful of her customers’ preferences.
All the staff is full of smiles and seem happy to see you even when you walk in last minute.

Azim is the best threader ever! It is a wait if you want her specifically but she is worth it. I come here whenever I’m visiting my home.

I like this place — clean, fast and professional especially for these types of salons. They don’t make you wait long and walk ins are pretty quick.

I took a while to find a person to make my eyebrows like Samira does. Her service is great, and the saloon has affordable prices on other services too.

I’ve had positive experiences getting my eyebrows and upper lip done every time and I don’t stick with one person. But rather go with whoever is available.
My biggest issue with them is their prices for other services are totally out of whack — e.g. For facials
I had a color done once and it wasn’t very good. Lots of missed Greys

This is my go to place for getting my eyebrows done. There is a lady called Rita who works here. She does an excellent job!

I came here every time I get my eyebrows done and I always love them I use too have my eyebrows un-​even and very messed up azin never lets me down, I also got a facial and I loved it ! I definitely recommend this place !!!

I’m soo happy to have finally found a professional Indian beautician. Rupalji is awesome. My skin is finally thanking me for finding someone who is gentle and caring towards her clients. She’s a true professional and thanks to this place for having her.

Azeen is the best. I always ask for her. I have sensitive skin and I usually get cut when others do my eyebrows and upper lips. Today I got a full face threading from Azeen and not a single cut. Awesome.
The salon itself is ok. The staff can be loud. They just renovated the place and though the renovation doesn’t look expensive or tasteful, really spruced up the place.
I have had facial here before. While the facial was decent enough, the loud continuous ticking of the timer was so disturbing. I could hardly enjoy my facial. Never came back.
They also try to sell you services (at the counter or while getting serviced). The most common is the herbal bleach. I have just gotten used to it and politely refuse.

I highly recommend finding yourself a threading lady and sticking with her. I used to get my eyebrows done from Tina but she has now moved to the other location. I moved on to another threader who I think does a much better job and go to her every single time. Getting your eyebrows done from a different person each time can be a little risky– some of these so called threaders are horrible and will change the shape of your brows, break down your arch, and/​or thin out your browns extremely.
The staff can work on the gossiping. They assume most customers cannot understand them which is quite silly because most of the customers are Indian. But it’s just as bad as getting your nails done at Asian salons– can’t really help it. I haven’t heard them say anything about me yet so it doesn’t bother me.

I’ve been going to Sona for over a decade now, this was before her beauty parlor expanded. She and Shefali always took such great care of me and I will always remember her because she beautified me during my braces phase in life. I moved away for sometime and when I returned, I was so happy and proud to see how well she was doing! Sona still greeted me very warmly and always makes sure, even if I walk in to get all my treatments done!
Azin is hands down the most amazing threading person. She does her magic with my brows that everyone I run into takes a notice and wants the same. I’m constantly recommending Khoobsurat to all my friends and colleagues. I don’t always get her and am pretty satisfied with whomever does my brows. Everyone there is very sweet and professional.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The receptionists there and the owner Sona have no regards for their customers. They are the rudest, most self absorbed people you will ever meet. Not only that they do false advertising. The have a huge banner that states if you write a Unilocal review you will get 10% off. When I asked for my discount, they sqid it’s only valid at their other location. They shouldnt advertise id they re not going to honor it.
The only reason i come to this place is Azin.

My manager suggested that I try this place out. I was desperate to thread my eyebrows. I came here and was immediately greeted with a smile from the employee at the front desk. I was asked to sign in and comment what service I’d like for the day. After signing in, they offered me a seat and awaited my threading services.
Ruby was awesome! I told her specifically that I wanted my eyebrows cleaned and shaped as well (since it had been a while due to my previous threader quitting at another boutique). She started and voila she was done. I had no complaints. She put aloe on my face to heal the dry, redness I had and cleaned off all the hairs she threaded off.
She did stop a few times to converse with her coworkers but other than that, she did a great job. She definitely earned my business and a nice, big tip. What a life saver.

Mansie does the best eyebrows I ever had. She is very fast and the salon is very clean.

I always go to Rita, like EVERYTIME I come here I go to Rita, no matter how long I have to wait…
Today I went in and Rita wasn’t there so I was like «oh when will she be here?» Anyways I eventually got pressured into going to another person, rather than coming back another day. (I know I’m an adult who made the decision to try the other chick but they pressure you so much and I didn’t want to be mean or offensive).
Well anyways, I try someone else (I have no idea what her name is) and she ruins my eyebrows, they are horrible! It’s like I have two completely different brows on my face and she made them so effing thin I can’t even salvage them on my own. The left eyebrow is a high skinny line and the right eyebrow is a skinny line that is longer and lower (dips down) in the front. It’s so bad I don’t even want to leave the house, I actually might be better off just shaving them off.
I get that everyone is different but how can someone who sucks at doing eyebrows have this job? Like you can’t be good if you don’t even realize you’re making someone have two completely different eyebrows. How can you be an eyebrow professional and create two different eyebrow shapes on one person’s face?!?
I look horrible because I tried to be polite and not walk out. I might not ever go back but if I do I will only go to Rita and I don’t care about pressure or anyone being offended. My face is ruined until the hairs grow back :(

I have been avoiding writing a review on this place because most of the time they were hit and miss; until I discovered Leila!!!
You definitely have to find your girl when it comes to this place, if not you just never know what your eyebrows might look like. Leila was that girl for me. She really took her time at making sure my eyebrows not only were groomed but that they had a clean, even look. So now I make sure she is around when I stop by. My high rating is mostly because of her.
As far as the establishment, for the most part they are fast, accept walk-​ins, and their prices are reasonable. The establishment ascetics could be better. Also parking is rough in the little place they are located in as for some reason that plaza is always popping.
