I should have read Unilocal before here to purchase an Interstate battery for my Jeep. I called and was told by Victor that he had one in the warehouse which would be delivered the next morning for me to pick up to install myself. He was supposed to call me back in 15 minutes to confirm it. He never called me back so I called the next day about 11:45, he said he was sorry for not calling me but the battery was there. He said he was busy and would call me back, in 15 minutes, why call me back if the battery was there? He called me back 3 ½ hours later to tell me the battery was delivered and was waiting for me. Since he LIED to me, I knew it, I went to another Auto Supply store and bought my Interstate Battery for less money without the B.S.
DON’T GO HERE!!! DON’T GO HERE!!! always swamped was an excuse he used all the time, after reading other reviews I can see why they are swamped, LYING to EVERYONE ELSE too!

I used to go here for oil changes. They always print out a 4-​page list of recommended items to be fixed.
1) I was told last year that the rotor of my brakes was below the specs and I had to replace it immediately to live the next day. But I refused. 10k miles, 1 year and few other inspections later, everything’s fine with my brakes.
2) I also wanted my tires rotated. and rotated they were but one of the four tires, the bolts were not tightened. which I didn’t realize until I was on freeway driving up to Tahoe next morning (Everything started shaking beyond 60 MPH), I aborted my trip and took the car back to them. when I demanded how they could have missed something so basic, I was told rudely by the manager that it’s my responsibility to check that all the bolts were tightened properly.
That was the last time I visited them.
