History

Established in 1986.

Century Graphics started out screen printing on metal components for the technical industry. In 1990 the company reorganized and started embellishing garments and promotional products. Since then we have grown into a full service branding company, offering custom screen printing, embroidery and promotional items. We have a full production facility with manuals, automatics and digital machinery, producing anywhere from 1 to 10,000 custom imprinted items per day. Our four in-​house graphic artists can handle the simplest recreations to complex design. I’ve been looking for a place to order transfer lettering/​numbers for an anniversary gift. Not an easy task, I guess custom screen printing is the «in» thing.
Found a place online Spot98 not bad prices till you add shipping and tax, not to mention 10 – 21 days estimated arrival date. Oh yes you can pay more to get it sooner! No thanks!
Called several places, found one place in the mall for $ 20 per shirt…7– 2″ letters and 2−8″ numbers! Decided to keep looking and that’s when I found Century Graphics!
Spoke with Marshall, such a nice guy and very helpful. Yes they do vinyl lettering!!!
Told him what I needed and quoted me a fantastic price $ 12 per shirt, I had to ask him twice just to make sure!
He asked what was on the front of the shirt, I told him it was an SF Giants World Series t-​shirt and he said he would screen print my aunt and uncle’s name + the number 55 (years they’ve been married) for the same price to make sure the color matched the front design!
He has made this gift extra special for the aunt and uncle they will love it!

LOVE THIS PLACE! Small. Quiet, and excellent service. I put in a small order for 5 custom T-​shirts with my own art, and not only did the art come out looking beautiful, but it was ready after like 2 days!

Love, love, LOVE this place! I have used them a few times on different projects for my business apparel (shirts, hoodies, aprons), and most recently they SAVED me on a project for my kid’s school. At the last minute I came to them with a complicated order that required multiple design changes and touch-​ups on fine-​lined kids illustrations. They had less than 5 days to order these special tie-​dyed shirts, make the artwork print-​ready, go back and forth with me on design adjustments, and print them out and box them up. I passed out these shirts/​hoodies to the kids literally still hot off the press! I worked with Evelyn and Lisa and they were wonderful and made everything easy and efficient. I had initially called them with a slight twinge of desperation to my voice on the off-​chance they could pull off this order, and I’m so glad I did! They weren’t phased in the least bit and worked with me on the limited school budget. I get stopped at school asking about these great shirts, and now all the parents want one for themselves. Just ordered shirts for a college research group —
I am very satisfied with the ordering and payment experience, and the final product. Ruby was great over the phone. She took down info for two credit cards and the amounts as we wanted to split them down to the penny. I didn’t have to repeat anything and she split the charge exactly as we wanted.
I found everyone I spoke to on the phone competent and helpful. I found it easier to communicate over the phone than via email, however the work orders were always meticulously filled out and Ruby verified every detail. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
The prices were very reasonable and Ruby was able to direct me to websites that showed exactly the t-​shirts we could expect and there were helpful size charts and other info.

I’m on staff in a student dorm and we just received our end-​of-​year hoodies from CG. All in all it was a great experience. They had the very specific American Apparel hoodies that we wanted and Ruby was very flexible with the design, sending us multiple mockups when we wanted to tweak the design a bit.
We had one mishap where we were only given half our order and we didn’t realize it until we got back to campus late at night. We resolved to call in the morning but Marshall beat us to it, owned up to the mistake and then offered to have the sweaters delivered to us within a couple of hours free of cost. Super great customer service. I would definitely go back to CG for my printing needs.

Just ordered my annual camp t-​shirts from them for the 6th year in a row. They are so easy to work with. They help clean-​up the art I provide and work with me on placement of it so it looks the best. Their prices are competetive, they are friendly, and they work fast.

Very fast response time, though sometimes Ruby is very to-​the-​point in her emails. I quoted a competitor with lower prices and they immediately matched it.
We made a huge order that had various numbers of all sizes going to 31 different locations and they packed and shipped all the boxes, only charging us for the shipping cost, which was a HUGE convenience and time saver for us.
Ruby was very flexible with the design as well, making sure to make mock-​ups and get a good image to make it exactly what we wanted. We wanted to keep our shirts one-​sided but had a logo that wrapped around the side; she was able to do that by moving the silkscreen over the side of the shirt and it looks amazing — we love them!

I honestly can’t speak highly enough about this place. I went to Century to get a relatively small number of t-​shirts printed. Karen was extraordinarily helpful in walking me through every step of the process and ensuring that I was able to find just the right t-​shirts and print colors.
I then worked with Ruby to get the designs printed and she was extremely accommodating with a close attention to detail and commitment to quality. Again, considering how small my order was, I was amazed at how much time and consideration everyone put into helping me.
I don’t generally go to Unilocal to post reviews but I felt compelled to show some measure of thanks to Century Graphics. Check them out and you won’t be disappointed. I’m a customer for life.

Customer service was delightful. They’re conveinently located in Sunnyvale and everyone was a pleasure to deal with.
I order some shirts and there was a scuff on the letters on the shirt, Marshall quickly called me right away and told me he would make new ones within the hour.
