Our dental office is located in Sunnyvale right at the heart of Bay Area on boarder with Mountain View. At B&T Dental, you will receive individualized treatment based on a careful diagnosis of your dental health.

At our office, we believe preventative dental care and maintenance is vital to your dental health. Through regular scheduled exams we check the overall health of your teeth and gums, perform oral cancer screenings, and perform x-​rays to detect problems before they worsen. Routine dental cleanings, sealants, and fluoride treatments help prevent cavities and dental disease. We review your medical history to assess your overall health and identify any illnesses that may have an impact on your dental health.

Our dental team is comprised of highly trained and skilled professionals who are licensed and certified. At our practice, we are committed to continuing education and learning. We regularly attend training classes, dental lectures, and dental conventions so we can offer the latest dental techniques, procedures, products and equipment to our patients. We are also active members in various dental associations — this helps our office keep up with changes and advances in the dental profession. All of our doctors speak English, Russian and Ukrainian languages.

I’d highly recommend B&T Dental to all my friends.
I visited it by a recommendation of my friend, to make dental filling. It was done super fast, quality and at a reasonable price.
More over, I appreciate their honesty. Previously I visited another clinic where I’ve been told to do a root canal. At B&T Dental, doctor said there is no need to do it and it’s a simple filling.

I have Metlife insurance. Dentist said he accepts this insurance. Indeed, this was true. However, after I went for cleaning only, they convinced me to take bitewings, and ended up taking a total 9 images on my teeth, and the dentist spent 5 min, not even looking at the images, and sent me to another dentist for evaluation. Total charge to my insurance $ 370. Talked to Metlife. Turns out this dentist is NOT in network and can charge whatever he wants. I am very unhappy with the service I received and what was charged to my insurance. I promptly changed dentist. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone with dental insurance.

In this clinic I removed 3 (!!!) wisdom teeth at the same time (!!!).
Everybody knows that it is a horrible procedure and, of course, I had not had the pleasure too. Moreover, I am ashamed but I was a bad patient: I was very scared, trembled and even wept, but Dr. Varnava was very patient with me. Also, everybody knows that after this procedure people tend to have consequences. But in this case I was lucky :) Dr. Varnava did it so well that when i woke up next morning I had no pain and no swelling.
Dr. Varnava has a gold hands and I am really grateful to him!
I recommend this clinic to friends — now I recommend it to you!

I have been going to B&T Dental since the office has opened. They are the best! Let me start off by saying that I couldn’t stand going to the dentist office prior to trying B&T Dental. I’ve had a dentist phobia since I was a little child which no longer is a problem since I found such a great dental office. Dr. Varnavas are extreme professionals and are experts at their craft. Whether you are there for a routine cleaning or a complicated root canal they will make you feel like you are at home and get the job done quickly and most importantly pain free. I love getting cleanings from Tetyana Varnava she takes care of me every time. They have state of the art equipment and dedicated staff. Give them a try you will not regret it.

Whatever you do, don’t go for Tatyana. She is VERY BAD.
1) She hurts
2) She does not know what she is doing and her nurse has to tell her what to do
3) She appears to be doing a really non-​standard staff.

The Dr. Varnavas are excellent professionals in their trade. Me and my wife have been going to then for 8 years now. The location of the office is very convinient, right off of El Camino and Bernardo, parking is always plentiful. The reception area is small but cozy, stocked with magazines, newspapers and toys for kids. Nina at the front office is professional and helpful, reminding about appointments a day ahead with a phone-​call, definitely a helpful touch. The dentists and the dental assistants are very friendly, gentle and patient. They also mail a postcard reminder every six months for a checkup visit. Of course, a dentist appointment will never be as pleasant as going to the movies, but still, they do their best to make the visit pleasurable and painless. They are technologically advanced, they have the X-​rays displayed immediately on a computer screen, all the records are on computers. I like that because there are less chances of things slipping by unnoticed. I don’t know anything about dentist technology, but all their equipment, chairs and such look new and cool. I’ve had various procedures done at their office, veneers, root cannals, crowns, fillings, cleanings, the Drs. are very accomodating and helpful. There were occasions when my veneer broke off (totally my fault), Dr. Varnava fixed it at no charge. Lastly, they are very good at working with my insurance carrier, they take care of all the claim paperwork, so I don’t have to deal with it. Definitely recommend them!

I no longer dread going to the dentist. I have had my wisdom teeth pulled, had a root canal, cavity repair and general preventative dental care with Dr. Varnava. No problems. Dr. Varnava is very knowledgeable and experienced. Another dr refused to perform my root canal because of how complicated it was. Dr Varnava did the job without any problems. My teeth are well cared for here and all the procedures have been relatively painless. I was surprised by how easy and pain free it was to get my wisdom teeth pulled. A+ for the doc and i will not be trusting my teeth to anyone else.
