Quality Inn

I have never had a hotel treat me with such disrespect. This chain of hotels has always been our go to when traveling because of the customer service and cleanliness of their places.
We were traveling from Canada back home when we came across this hotel, we relaxed in the sauna and then went and saw a movie. Perfect relaxing night until we came back and some people were partying, we called the front desk and reported it which they quieted them down.
The next morning we left and figured we had a good stay minus a couple troubling things.
Then came the worst part, we got charged for apparently smoking in our room which is crazy because neither of us smoke. When we called the hotel «will» answered and gave the worst customer service we have ever had. We asked why the double charge and he had to look up when we stayed which was almost a month ago, then had to look up everything about our stay. When he said smoking charge we both were surprised and said that was impossible because we both don’t smoke. He suddenly remembered our room and told us that he personally saw ashes in the sink and window seal. (first off, we are professional people and why would I leave ash in a window seal that doesn’t open and second why would I then go clear across the room to leave ash in the sink?
We tried talking to him and asking if he had proof and he said «he saw it and that’s all «.
I don’t know if I have ever been accused of something so ridiculous.
So apparently you can get charged for something you don’t do even if you stay at these hotels for years and have never once had a charge or complaint about something like this. I don’t understand how they can’t even give you the respect of calling to notify you either.
This hotel and its affiliates have lost our business and our families and anyone I know and can share this horror with. This is ridiculous and the fact they can’t even respectfully talk to customers and explain it. Extremely troubling and all for 100.00. Congrats choice hotels, you made a 100.00 off false charges and now you lost way more than that.
Please beware if you stay at any choice hotel and please always look out for them false charging you. Their customer service is horrible and I for one will always watch out for any hotel and make sure now that they walk through the hotel before I leave.

I was charged $ 100 for smoking in my room. Normally as an adult I take ownership for the things I do. Well, considering I have not smoked in decades I was shocked and called to have what I thought was a double charge corrected. I was told that they found ashes in the sink and window sill and that I was charged for ashes along with a cigarette smell. «Will» at the front desk informed me that I didn’t know because I had checked out without inspection and it should have noted on my bill.
I had called from the room to complain about a part happening at midnight in the hallway and we had to close the window due to cigarette smell and use the noisy air conditioner… then the charge, the icing on the cake.
The Manager is supposed to be calling me back, but I will be taking this up with my credit card company if necessary. Funny enough, typically I do check out at the desk, but finding someone manning the actual desk at this location was near to impossible.
So very unhappy as a choice member with this location.

A/​C worked, tv worked, bed was comfy. Those are the positives. Cons: One exit and entry point — only one — major safety factor. Couldn’t tell if the pool was open as the area was dark. Two story structure with no elevator. For someone with health issues and bad knees, this was torture. Having to haul luggage through the one door, down a dark and gloomy hallway and up two flights of stairs was awful. The toilet was small and low to the floor — think low rider and cheap toilet paper. No sink in the bathroom. I shudder to think of the billions of germs on that doorknob. Bedside tables much too low and small. With the lamp, phone and alarm clock there was not enough area for c-​pap machines. Item placed in fridge was frozen — not chilled — frozen. Thank goodness for the microwave. I saw staff a total of 3 times on our 8 trips through the lobby — when we checked in, when someone else was checking in and when we checked out — 1 full day early. We didn’t partake of the free breakfast — too eager to get out.

We usually stay here when visiting family. We drive in from CA, and I like that this hotel allows you to check in as early as 7am, which is convenient for us who drive all night. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy.
They have a good continental breakfast in the mornings. Many things to choose from. My kids enjoy the waffles. The husband enjoys the breakfast sandwiches.
The lady at the front desk in the mornings is absolutely the nicest person, makes you feel very welcomed! The rest of the staff is quiet.
The only reason I’m giving this hotel 4 stars: the air conditioner made soo much noise. It was hard to avoid not turning it on because it was soo hot (104) during our stay. Maybe it was just our room, I’ve ever experienced it in the past. Also, I had such a hard time connecting to the free Wifi that I gave up.
Overall, I would definitely stay here again and I would definitely recommend Quality Inn to others!

Stayed here last night. Rooms are clean and quiet. Rates are reasonable and staff was friendly. Definitely will stay again when I’m in town

This Rodeway has become a Quality Inn. The hallway my room was on was so dimly lit I could barely see to slide my card key, the desk was situated in a corner where the only two outlets in reach were occupied already by an alarm clock and a lamp. The staff were never at the front desk when I passed it, including during check-​in and check-​out, requiring you to page them on the phone provided and wait. All that being said, it was clean, and offers free wifi.

This is a very nice hotel. The bed was brand new and great, the carpet is new and the pool and exercise equipment was nice. I would stay here again in a heartbeat plus you could not bet the price. We paid 65.00 what a bargain. Staff was very friendly.

pool, I didn’t use, but looked clean/​inviting. Brother used it and loved.
we ordered a rollaway. and my mom has made sandwiches thicker than this mattress. And the rollaway itself was bowing. so there was this massive dip. Kind of comical. Was praying hard my brother wouldn’t suffer with back ache next day. He didn’t! $ 10 charge for a horrible rollaway.
I’d visit/​recommend again.

We stayed there for one night. Plusses – free wifi, great cable, pool, friendly desk clerk, decent breakfast. Negatives – worn, stained carpet and generally old-​looking rooms. There is no clock in the room, which bothered my mom. The beds were okay, not great. Otherwise, it seemed clean and there were no major red flags.

Stayed here for one night when in town for a wedding. The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfy, with a great view of the wackiest dental office EVER!!! The free breakfast the next morning was great! Overall it was a great stay… affordable and cozy.
