Wow. WOW!!! There are not enough glowing words to describe what a fabulous experience we had. Not only was the food AMAZING — but the chef (Randy) could not have been more helpful and accommodating as he worked around our wedding group of 30 people — almost half of them small children.
Everything went smoothly — and even though he had a small (ish) space to work in — Randy brought food out and in while not disturbing any of the guests or the flow of the reception. And? He ended up running to the store in the middle of the party for a few items WE had forgotten (not him — he was very well prepared)…and yet? Only the bride noticed his absence — because he told her.
I HOPE that if you are considering any sort of catered event or chef services — you strongly consider Jauquin’s services. His excellent food and service made the reception a wonderful success.

Our Weekend Wedding would not have been as perfect as it was if it weren’t for Randy being part of it. Not only the food he prepared was the most delicious meals we have had, but his friendly and funny personality made all the guests, friends and family have a great time. He is for sure one of a kind. After everyone went home, they kept talking about how fun the wedding was, the one thing they all had in common when mentioning the weekend experience was RANDY! Everyone fell in love with Randy and his dishes. Tracy was not able to attend, but she took the time to make wonderful desserts, that we all loved. Thanks Randy and Tracy for being so good at what you do… we are so lucky you were able to be part of our wedding :-)
