I am surprised this place has such an overall low rating. I have been coming here for 3 months. I see Leyla. She is always on time with my appointments. At first I told her what I wanted done on my hair but now I simply tell her to do whatever she feels is best for me. Upon entry, you are always welcomed and they start by washing your hair. I have yet to try their other services but judging on how friendly everyone is I am sure it is excellent.

Worst salon I’ve ever been to, I went to get an ombré and my hair was crispy and unmanageable after that. Went to several other(good) salons and they were horrified(mostly because my hair is naturally straight and smooth) they all told me that they’ve must’ve used very low quality bleach /dye. Must add that it wasn’t cheap whatsoever ! Don’t go there TRUSTME

I first went there to do highlights. Ricky did a good job but the result was not exactly what I was looking for. Amazing blow dry and hair looked fabulous though. On the second time I went to do mani/pedi. It costs $ 65 but I ended up paying $ 125 because I asked for the french mani/pedi. Which means they charge almost double for that. Be aware. 2 people doing mani/pedi ended up with a $ 190 bill. I think it was outrageous. The hair with blow dry $ 250 Dulce does an amazing job with your eyebrows $ 20! Katiuska hurt my 2 thumbs! And the white part of the french manicure didnt last for a day!!! Awful job and highly expensive!

It’s a spacious salon with a nice décor, but the service needs to be better. I had to go there because it was really busy in the place I always go. Many visitors spoke loudly in some foreign language, and I felt out of place. The job was OK though. So I would give them another chance when I have no choice. I guess I’ll wear headphones;)
