History

Established in 1998.

Randy Mate, General Contractor who heads the company, has been in the construction trade for more than 30 years. Randy is a Master Plumber and Carpenter and a Journeyman Mason and Electrician. He has worked on projects from building an 80 unit condominium to single-​family homes, hillside homes, remodels, additions and has worked on all phases of construction.

Randy started out as «Randy the Handyman» and eventually got his contractor’s license back in 1998. He continues to offer homeowners a quality remodeling job you and yours can be proud of.
