So, I had a minor dilemma! I ran out of my whey protein!!! It wasn’t the beginning of the month, so i couldn’t get my gold card discount. GNC was having a good deal for Cyber Monday but I would have to wait for my products to ship out… I needed my protein that day! I stopped by this location, spoke to Renato, he made a call and made it happen!!! I got my Cyber Monday deal at the store and left with my much needed Protein in hand!!! Renato and Robert were great!!! Five Star Customer Service!!! Thanks Guys!!!

This store has many of the normal supplements I use so its good its nearby work. It is kinda small but most GNCs are. The staff is friendly enough yet sometimes they try to sell you «extra stuff» to try to «save you money» but overall, they are trying to sell you more so you spend more. Sometimes I just do not need any extras and I like purchasing what I know I want to purchase.
Also, the staff isnt the best for giving you information. They know very little, maybe they know a lot about ONE or TWO products. But thats it. For instance, I went to a GNC near Tarzana and the guy in there was really informative as well as in shape. He definitely knew his stuff about everything in his store. Which is always good. The employees here are not very athletic. They just work there. They are nice though.
I will probably go to this GNC again for my supplies when I run out. If not, Ill go to the one in Tarzana. Either way, I like shopping here when I get the 20% off (during the 1^st week of every month).
