This store has been lucky enough to have survived many changes these last couple of years. A lot of stores have came and gone. I remember going to buy ice cream with my dad during the summer time when I was a little girl. He always wanted a vanilla shake or banana split. The employees were always happy to make it for him. Some of the best birthday cakes I had were from this store. The only down fall about this store is the size. It can get very crowded very fast and stay that way for a while. Either way, I still love to go when I crave ice cream.

Came in the store and started to look around at what was available and did realize a «make shift» line had started to form so needed to get in line behind others that came in after us. No biggie considering I’m in vacay, some people may not appreciate it.
The staff was friendly the store was clean and overall busy. It appeared part of their ice cream freezer was down but the had the other flavors stacked in the one so they had them you just needed to ask for the flavors.
A sign would have been good to let everyone know that those flavors were available.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!
The workers here are terribly slow. It took like 15 minutes to get a double scoop and a shake. The shake was terrible. And when I went to pay the girl brought me a kids double scoop when I did not ask for a kids. So they made me pay $ 4.09 for this Ice cream and when I told her I didn’t ask for kids scoops she laughed and said sorry about that. They wouldn’t even get my order correct or ask to fix it. This is why I should’ve just stayed at cold stone, I never get bad service. And it seems every time I go to Baskin Robins I get terrible service!

My favorite place to get ice cream! I either get the brownie sundae (that’s huge) or the chocolate fudge ice cream. OMG they are so good oh and also there vanilla milkshakes are the bomb!!! I’ve never entered there store and not been greeted or had a bad experience. The staff is always nice and friendly and they work really fast I have never had to wait in line a long time. LOVE you baskin robbins!!!

I went in on a Tuesday night to purchase gift cards for birthday give away. One customer ahead of me trying to decide what they wanted, so young guy, (Till) setting up the yogurt machine asked if he could help. Pretty attentive and I was in and out in about 5 minutes. I didn’t realize they have $ 1.31 scoops and $ 3.31 sundaes on every 31st of the month. (No 31 in April., so have to try next month.) But I did get a coupon for BOGO for 2nd scoop for .99 and a coupon for $ 1 off $ 4 purchase, so I will be back to utilize those. Very clean and nice staff… and this location was my first ever job way back when… nostalgic. 31 Baskin Robbins will be my favorite of all ice cream/​yogurt chains.

Love this place it always makes me happy to eat ice cream. This is the spot for ice cream, it’s small but the servers are friendly n fast.
If you sign up to the email list they give out coupons for cakes and shakes and sundaes as well. They used to give at least a scoop for your birthday, not sure if they still give that out.

Great Ice Cream Here! Always get a waffle come with Sherbet here! Amazing place to go for Ice Cream or even to buy Cake here ! Amazing ice cream cakes ! Great Service here! They should give those workers a raise ! Baskin Robins ! They need a raise! They Deserve it!

Your standard 31 Flavors (oh did I just date myself — LOL!), well, this Baskin Robbins is small, but efficient. They always seem to have enough folks behind the counter to keep the usual long lines going. They have a ton of options now, from Soft Serve to traditional scoop ice cream, shakes, cakes, waffle cones, regular cones etc. Parking is easy because it is in the Ralph’s shopping center on the Northside of Ralph’s.
