I live in Los Angeles and was visiting the area my headlight went out and I was looking for places to replace the bulb. I stopped at two other shops around the area and they said they were too busy to help. That’s when I came upon this wonderful shop!
The owner personally greeted me and said we can fix you up right away. I spoke to several of their employees as I was waiting for my car and they were so professional and nice.
I would highly recommend this establishment. Thank you!

Several months ago we had Joe with Top Tech Auto install all new belts in our Honda Odyssey. The belts are still holding fine, so no complaint there. When we needed more extensive work done, rack-​and-​pinion steering…, we figured we would bring our business back to Top Tech Auto, but boy are we sorry we did! In less than eight months of driving with the new work done we have gone through two sets of new tires and the first was a dangerous BLOW-​OUT and the second set were nearly ready to do the same by the time we realized the severe wear on the inner side of the tires.
It is a work vehicle and I will admit that the first set of tires were «cheep» (we bought them at a swap meet vendor he referred us to) but for the second set of new tires to ware in the exact same way was evidence enough for me that something more was going on here.
When my wife returned to explain what was happening he said it was happening because the alignment was off and she was sent to the original wheel aligning business we went to after the original work was done. There they discovered that the alignment was only off by a mere 1/​16″ and the problem must be with the part installed. Upon returning to share this information with Joe, he commenced to get upset and blame cheep tires and my wife’s driving for the problem. He said, «Do you expect me to reach into my own pocket to fix this problem?». Our receipt states a one year warranty. I ask you, would you take your vehicle to a mechanic who stands behind his work this way or treats his return customers like this?
Incorrect parts. Poor integrity. Very poor customer service. Dangerous results. If you need an oil change, maybe bring your vehicle here, but for more advanced work look elsewhere for a «Top Tech» because the owner has thus far proven he is definitely not one.
We will give him the opportunity to make this right. If he does I will post it here.

On our way to Vegas from San Diego we hit a big pot hill on the freeway which caused the car to constantly jerk anytime we went over 55 mph. So we pulled over and saw Top Tech Auto. The mechanics found exactly what was wrong and fixed it on the spot. We were in and out in about one hour and we didn’t have to break the bank (excellent prices). Plus Joe and Will were very knowledgable and were highly expertised in their work.
One thing that stood out the most was the family atmosphere there. Angie (one of the owners) made me feel so comfortable and was a pleasant person to talk to. I had my puppy with me whom was also welcomed.
Overall a great experience. I highly recommend.

We’ve had Top Tech take care of two of our vehicles so far, and both times they’ve been outstanding. The first time they beat the dealer’s price for the work and had it done the same day. The second time they not only beat another repair shops price — but they did their own diagnostic and discovered that the first repair shop’s diagnostic was incorrect. So far Top Tech has saved use over $ 500 simply by being price competitive and thorough. Couldn’t ask for more from a repair shop!!!
