The local office personal are great, always helpful, my issue is with the 800 customer service department. I have several times called about outages only to be disconnected when I’ve asked the automated service for a person to talk too ! Mediacom is down on a weekly bases with no reason or estimated time of repairs. They treat long time customers terribly. They will not nogociate on plans with a current customers! Looks like a switch to Time Warner is in my future.
