History

Established in 2001.

Founded by Robert Pries, Daniel Green and Robin Baker after recognizing the independent foodservice businessperson’s need for an advocate and ally in equipment purchasing, services and repair. And because the «Big Box» foodservice companies commanding proud profit margins continued to make it increasingly more difficult for small businesses-​already confronting the challenge of «just staying in business», we felt that we could provide a service.

The fable Robin Hood and his band’s creed of «giving back» to the hard working was the root of our inspiration. Little John’s (Robin Hood’s#2) traveling alias «Greenlefe» has become our branding and «Mano Destra» is our charge to be your «Right Hand Man» offering unparalleled service and dependable support.

Business Owner

Robin Baker is the current CFO and share owner of Greenlefe Café Services. Additionally, she is the President of separately held Washington corporation that owns and operates multiple stand alone gourmet drive-​thru espresso café’s and sitdown restaurants.

She is the proud mother of two daughters and 4 grandchildren.
