I had to take my vacuum in today for its annual service. I was unhappy to see that the Oreck Store on Olympia was gone. I called the store in Puyallup to make sure they were open. Not only were they open they told me I could wait while they serviced my vacuum so I would not have to drive back up there a 2nd time to pick it up. The store is clean and the staff are friendly and professional. I was told it would be 1 to1.5 hrs. They also told me where there were some restaurants and shopping nearby. I decided to grab a sandwich at Subway. I had just finished eating and was thinking about where to go to do a little shopping when they called me and said my vacuum was ready. This was maybe 30 minutes from when I left there. I want to recognize the store that is located at Meridian and 160th St. The customer service was outstanding. They even gave me directions for a quicker route to the freeway. See you next year.

WELCOMETOPUYALLUP! I was vacuuming and stopped to write a review. That’s how much I love my vacuum. When my third bagless vacuum self-destructed, I knew I had to make a change! As a long time allergy sufferer and cost analyst extraordinaire, I wasn’t going to spend another penny on a hunk of junk that didn’t seem to make a difference. I would give this shop TEN stars if I could. Great, knowledgeable staff was able to recommend products specific to my needs and answer ALL of my questions. And get this, if something goes WRONG with the vacuum, I actually have a place to return to for repairs. That’s right, no more«if it’s broke, it’s time to buy something new» — how’s THAT for green? I had NO idea there was a vacuum that would work fantastically on my hard floors(vinyl/tile/hardwoods) and still act like a champ on my thick rugs. :0) I will never go to a supercenter or warehouse again for a vacuum(try getting help there! lol) Next, I hope to get one of their fancy space age air filters! Thank you Oreck of Puyallup!
