If I could give zero stars, I would. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. EVER. I parked in what I thought was a designated parking spot for Saimona Wines’ customers but came out of the store to find my car blocked in by what turned out to be the owner’s car. When I asked him what was up to he told me the spot was for him and «not for customers» and began shouting at me that «he paid for that spot.» The owner wouldn’t listen when I tried to explain that I thought the Saimona Wines sign over the parking space meant it was for Saimona Wines customers, never apologized and refused to move his car until I apologized for parking in «his spot.» How can an owner be abusive to his customers and expect return business? Bottle King in Chatham or Wine Library in Millburn or Wine List in Summit are 1,000 times better. Terrible, terrible, terrible.
