Chris was referred to us by our General Contractor. He came out on Saturday, November 2^nd and inspected our gas pipes and HVAC/​duct work project. He informed us that he’ll send over a quote. Sixteen days later, after texting him, he sent us a text message quoting us for only one of the items we requested a quote for– fixing the gas leaks. After we informed our General Contractor (who referred Chris to us), that we do not want to work with him, given that its taken a long time to receive a quote, Chris emailed us a quote on November 26 (24 days later). This is unacceptable timeframe to get over a quote. We did not have any confidence that we will be able to get a hold of him during the project. I would like to note that this is our experience and he may have been busy that time, but if he informed us at the outset, that the quote would take almost a month– then we would not have waited given that his work was contingent on our General Contractor’s work.
