If I could give Mike and Sharon Wehrle a 10 STAR review, I would!!! I cannot believe the customer service that this company delivers. Prompt, courteous, detailed, always available to help… ALWAYS with a smile on their faces, too (no matter what I asked of them)! They are absolutely wonderful…
I was getting quotes to fix a diverter and two distribution boxes for my parents’ home. The house had concrete boxes currently in place that needed replacing (for the sale of the home). Other companies were going to replace the box with plastic ones (apparently they are approved materials), but Mike prefers to use concrete ones because they are more durable. (Unfortunately, many say that with the durability comes a higher price tag.) However, Mike’s quote for long-​lasting concrete boxes came in LOWER than his plastic-​boxed competitors! Mike got us on the books as quickly as possible (with a closing date looming) and the final inspection passed without any issues!
Quick, courteous, honest, trustworthy… these are all how I would describe Mike and Sharon. It was an absolute pleasure to work with A & M Septic!
