Passport Collision Center

I took my BMW here in Nivember 2014 for a bumber repair as its a certified BMW collision center, as it turns out the car wasn’t completed on time, the repairs took longer than expected and tI had to return the car as the trunk and bumper repairs were don’t properly and needed adjusting.
I never felt like the car drove as well after that and just recently when I had more work done to the car I was asked if I had had bumber work done in the past because bolts were missing from the rear bar!

Flawless experience from reception to pick up. When I was sideswiped a couple of weeks ago, I was extremely reluctant to go to the body shop his insurance (Allstate) worked with. I even told the adjustor as much. Having had an outrageously terrible experience with another insurance company (Progressive) when I was rear-​ended several years ago, I was worried that the shop would serve the insurance company’s interests rather than mine.
I was not only relieved by my experience at Passport, I was thrilled. They did excellent work in a timely manner, were friendly and accommodating from beginning to end, and there was never a single whiff of shady dealings with either the insurance company or other parties. HIGHLY recommended!

I highly RECCOMEND… and WILL USE AGAIN. I had an excellent experience here and will say the completely stand by their work! They got me into a rental. Fixed my car and when I noticed a slight issue with a scratch a few weeks later they took it right back and made it right.
These guys are truly professional great work and take care of their clients.

AWFUL! They’ve had my car from a minor rear end fender bender for over a month and a half. And when I call, I can barely get ahold of anyone without trying numerous times. No updates during the repair unless I called first. I truly believe they are in cahoots with he nearby Enterprise satellite location at the Passport BMW across the street. Very disappointed. Butch’s Auto Body on Ritchie Road is my recommendation. Totally different and pleasurable experience. Do not take your car here and expect promptness, or swift customer service. It ain’t happening.

Let’s face it. There is no good reason to have to go to a collision center. Other than a Bail Bondsman (see my other reviews!) it is the worst place to have to go. Passport Collision Center, however is excellent. I have had to get repairs here twice, both covered by insurance. Passport is excellent in all respects. They are very friendly and easy to work with over the phone. Their facility is sparkling clean. They accept all insurance and I didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket. Both times, they had my car ready ahead of schedule (I would rather have them underestimate how long it will take, not overestimate). Their location is not convenient to me but they do have a rental car facility right on site (across the street at Passport BMW) that also accepts insurance. Even their free coffee in the waiting room is not bad!
