The manager sets a bad example for her employees by speaking Tagalog to them. Speaking loudly in a foreign language as she was is rude. She did not greet me courteously when taking my order. As she was handing me my food, she said«I’ve been calling your number». Two other employees had their cellphones in their back pocket. I observed two older employees, philippino males, storing/handling food in a closet in the dining room. Closet appeared to be for mops and brooms. Then taking that food into the kitchen. Suppose it was their lunch. God knows… It’s a McDonald’s, not their grandma’s kitchen.

Drive thru is not 24 hours. Between 3 to 4am they are closed for reset. Wish they would have turned off the drive thru lights or at least a message on the intercom saying this. Had to call and find out…

This place has no structure, customer service, and weak management. The drive thru is slow for no reason but slow workers with no motivation. I know, its McDonald’s but have pride in what you do. I notice I am missing my fries from the drive thru. I park go in tell them and I’m told I wasn’t charged. The guy at the window repeated my order so I know he just messed up. Anyway I am still missing my fries so I say I will pay can I just get the fries please. 5 min later fries are going out me still waiting. Feeling a bit upset since they messed up at the drive thru and now my food cold I try getting someone’s attention. The manager is acting like she can’t hear me the girl that rang me up moving very very slow gets the fries. Give me a break people and do your job. If you feel it wasn’t me that messed up so why should rush? Then you are not a team player and need to be fired. You all need some motivation. SAD!

This place is hit or miss. The one incident that really made me upset was when I was in a long drive thru line, finally ordered my pancakes, received them, checked the bag and no syrup! My fiancé was like um can we have syrup. And shes like we don’t have any. And were like uhhh!!! And she said do you want your money back? I’m like WTH??? We just waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. U never said u were out of syrup. And on top of that you just handed me the bag and hoped that i would what? Drive away and not notice till I got home??? Get it together!!! It was so ridiculous that we left very unsatisfied especially ME… So my wonderful fiancé drove me to another mcdonalds to get syrup there. I wish I wasn’t in love with their pancakes or syrup, otherwise I’d never come back! Lunch is hit or miss, sometimes fries are cold and stale, sometimes their fresh. Same with chicken sandwiches. Also if you have any special requests like no mustard or onions, double check it before you leave or drive off. They always seem to get that wrong. Please improve because you are so close to my house!!!

They stay open 24 hours but their service is S*** late… twice same girl manager, two horrible experiences! Food was fine but I kid you not all she said was the total and good night… no welcome to McDonald’s I would get at any other, I will not be dinning again.

They don’t know what the difference is between ketchup and mustard. I ordered a large coffee but I get a medium cup. They have 2 order booths but it’s useless. Take my advice, just stay your butt home and save money while losing weight!

Worst service ever. Every time I patron this establishment my order is always wrong when I get it. On several occasions they have charged me the wrong amount let alone given the wrong order let alone the cashier who works in the morning is rude, argumentative and feels she is always right when I am forced to review my receipt and my order and every time have to correct HER mistake. Btw, is there anyone who works there who speaks English as a first language???

I always feel weird when rating fast food places because they’re normally all the same. I won’t rate the food since we all know what McDonald’s tastes like. You either love it or hate it. This location was really nice. I’m not sure if it’s remodeled or just a newer one but the layout and furniture were modern and very nice. Even the bathroom was clean and looked new. There was a worker cleaning tables and by the time we were leaving he was even sweeping around the parking lot! The workers were nice. We asked someone for extra ketchup(possibly a manager because he has the nicer uniform on), and he was really friendly. Food came at a reasonable amount of time. I ordered a kids meal which I haven’t done in a while but mostly because they had hello kitty toys and I wanted the little puzzle they had. I even got the toy I wanted which never happens. Awesome! This was just a little pit stop on the way back to Santa Rosa from Stockton but it was a good one. In my top 2 McDonalds!

Always stop by here on our way home from visiting family. And tonight we got shorted on our nuggets and my large fries were a medium-sized in a large fries container. Uh we were like ok I guess whatever but when I counted my nuggets it was short. So I called and they they told me to come back. I was told to go to the second window we pull up and the Mexican lady just opens the window and sticks her hand out for us to give her our bag. And shuts the window. Really? Ok. I’ll just call corporate office. There’s no use in putting a review nothing is going to be dealt with. Oh and they have the janitor whose mopping the floor bring out my food. He’s wearing gloves and didn’t bother to take them off. Yeah oh and on top of that no apology. Thanks a lot Mc Donalds! No more buying food from you guys.

Asked for a large coke and 2 apple pies. The guy says the total is $ 2.50. Pull up to the window, the guy says it’s $ 3.80. I said«no», he then says«didn’t you get the mini-meal?» I said«no». They come back with my soda and two apple pies. No receipt. Taste the soda, and it’s Dr. Pepper. Come home, and they charged $ 3.80 instead of $ 2.50. Not worth the time to get $ 1.30 refund, but still irksome none the less. You guys have one job to do, c’mon!

Just average. Even with two screens to order from, service is super slow. They usually get the orders right, except maybe the sauce that you ask for. So always check your bag before driving away!

I wish I could give NO stars after today! Our kids got those holiday treat coupons in a goody bag for Christmas. There are 4 coupons together. One for a burger, one for a milk or Apple juice, one for a gogurt and one for apples. My fiancé and I went into this McDonald’s to redeem the coupons. The manger, Lanisha or Lanisa or whatever her name is told me that they were only ONE coupon per customer per visit. So I told her that I would go home and get the kids so they could redeem their own coupons. She replied with«ok» So, we went home and picked up out kids.(There are 5 of them) the kids went up to register with their 4 pack of coupons, basically for a whole meal. The cashier/manager Lanisa or whatever rang up each coupon and counted 4 kids for ONE pack of coupons. So 1 child got a burger, 1 child got apples, 1 child got a gogurt and another got an apple juice. I told her that I was confused because that just didn’t make sense and she told me its one coupon per person per visit. There are 4SEPARATE coupons for EACH child. I told her that each child should be able to use their coupons together and that just doesn’t make sense. So I asked her to do each coupon on separate receipts. She then ROLLEDHEREYES as she asked the other manager if she could do that. The other manager came over and said that it was ok as long as it wasn’t excessive. The lady that was ringing us up replied with«it IS excessive because they got 5 kids» and the other manager, said«then no. We can do 2 kids» REALLY? Now I’m upset because I told Lanisha or whatever that I was going to bring my kids back to use the coupons when she KNEW we had FIVE four packs of coupons and now they’re telling us we can’t use them. The other manager, I didn’t get her name, but I will call soon and get it. Said«you can’t get mad. You tryna get free food» We ALWAYS buy our children’s food and ONLY used these coupons because they were a GIFT to our children! Once again, attitude and ignorance from a MANAGER! After arguing with these 2 women, and after many eye rolls, we left the restaurant. My fiancé went back inside to ask for their store number so I could call corporate and the«manger» Lanisha said she wasn’t going to give him the store number and as she walked away said, «I’m gonna walk away so I don’t do nothing» We have reported these 2 «MANAGERS» to corporate and will continue to call corporate and the restaurant until these women are demoted or fired. You NEVEREVER get attitudes with customers. You NEVER roll your eyes at customers and you certainly do NOT treat them the way we were treated today! I understand you’re 30 something and are a «manager» at McDonald’s. But to treat customers with disrespect because YOU’RE unhappy with YOUR life is absolutely UNCALLED for.

They did not put my chicken sandwich in the bag, and I noticed when I got home. I called to let the manager know. She — Diana — went and confirmed that, yes, they did forget my $ 5 sandwich and proceeded to rudely inform me I can come in and get a coupon if I really want to – and if I wanted to give my first name, last name, and phone number. What?! Identity theft going on at the Suisun McDonald’s… Then another manager, Alondra, got on and said I have to drive back to the«restaurant» if I want a coupon. How about a refund? Why would I want a coupon to a place I will never go to again?! Rude, rude. Rude and incompetent. Ronald owes me $ 5.

It’s still a McDonald’s so you have to take that into consideration but the times I’ve gone to this one the burger I got from them has looked really good. I don’t know if it’s just me but they look like the picture. I could just be lucky.

Mickey D’s fare doesn’t vary much between the locations we have in the area. This location is no different. I get fast food for breakfast very infrequently, but since this location is right off of Hwy 12, we typically stop here before heading out on day trips. Many times on these trips, I’d gotten my old usual sausage and egg muffin with cheese. About 7 out of every 10 times the egg will be under cooked. Sometimes, just by a small amount… other times it’s cooked just beyond being runny. Mind you, this is over the course of the last 7 years that I’ve lived near by. Get it together y’all. Thank heavens they recently introduced their egg white sandwiches. No more runny yolks and they’re really good! Definitely my new favorite. The staff here is mostly pretty good. They’re friendly and they get the food out efficiently most of the time. No restaurant is perfect, but this place stays clean, serves mostly hot food(my fries were barely warm, floppy with no noticeable salt today though… poo). If you occasionally crave a hamburger with an extra bun and salad dressing, come on down. If you like good sized salads with Newman’s Own dressing, your lunch search is over. If you just want to go potty and use their free WI-FI for a few minutes… hey, this place is good for that too!
