Business Owner
I am from Sugar Land and wanted to be the first to bring a Mediterranean concept infused with a Turkish/Greek flare to Town Square. Our food is prepared fresh daily and exemplifies the Mediterranean diet; rich in fish, legumes, fruit, vegetables and extra virgin olive oil. Recently, there was a 5 year study done in Spain which concluded that the Mediterranean diet does reduce the risk of stroke and other cardiovascular diseases by 30%.
