I go and send the package today from houston to dallas. It is an envelope that weight around 1 pounds i check the price online it is only 5.67. But she charge me for 21. I will not return here. It is over charge. If u dont want to waste your money just go somewhere else.

Never returning back ever again.
I sent out a next day delivery that was less than an oz and was charged 55.86?! How can a letter sent out next day be so expensive? Before I walked out the store I questioned why it was so expensive. Went back to the owner and she said there are no refunds. The receipt was literally those old receipts that she put an amount tax and what I paid and a stamp. I asked her how did she get this amount from the machine she refused to show me how much FedEx was trying to charge.
