I called this evening and placed a dinner order for myself and my family. In this order I asked for 2 chicken crispers meals, to which I thought politely I’ll ask for them exactly the same. After placing a $ 62.00 order for carryout, when my brother gets home Both orders are Exactly Wrong! That would not be an issue if not that I called up there to see what the Management would have to say for the mistake. Well, the onsite Manager this evening Christina did not even come to the phone! It gets BETTER… I was offered a $ 5.00 Dollar Voucher!!! $ 5 for $ 62.00 worth of business! All this Aside I have ordered from here before, several times… BUT I was NOT even given an Apology. That I think was what I called for most! The value of this location is gone for me… the girl on the phone was young however that’s not an excuse! An Apology would’ve been better than a $ 5 voucher… they added insult to injury!!! I don’t recommend this location! While my experience still rings true… I discovered that my burger was made improperly as well… Moving along when I called back… Christina apologized and asked me to go by this afternoon and ask for day shift Manager David. I must say, David was pleasant, apologetic and professional. He comped my meal and gave me a $ 20 voucher. It will take a few visits for me to feel confident about this particular location again, however it is convenient.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I would not recommend this Chili’s to anyone nor would I ever go back. I would like to start with that think Chili’s has decent food and a fair price. But the Managment and service here are AWFUL! Tonight my family and I waited 45 mins for our queso appetizer and drinks from the bar. When the drinks finally came they were sitting in water, so they obviously had been sitting out for awhile. Next my mom ordered tilapia and got chicken… So we finally called the manager over. Well, Christina, the manager on duty tonight was even more Awful than the server. She didn’t even ask us our concerns. Came over and immediately said yes I know there were issues tonight I’m taking care of it. And then proceeded to make excuses. She was then«too busy in the kitchen» the give us our check and apologize. Needles to say I will never be back and they need some serious management changes.

First off, the address is correct, but the map is not. This Chili’s is off of SWF(59) and Williams Trace. My wife and I haven’t been to Chili’s in years, so we decided to give it a try. We came to this location around 11:15am on a Friday. We walked in and no one was around. Finally, a hostess came out and sat us down. It took a while before our waitress came to take our drink ordered. She dropped off our drinks and was gone again. When she finally came back, we placed our order. We had to wait a long time for our food even though by this time there were only two other tables with diners. I ordered the honey chicken crispers. Not bad, just too sweet for me. The side of corn on the cob was cold. Not room temperature, but refrigerator cold. I was half way thru my chicken when the waitress came back. She brought me another corn on the cob without saying a word. My wife’s chicken breast was burnt on the edges and was dry. Another waitress had to fill our glasses. We never saw our waitress again until we were leaving. Poor service and poor food. Management needs to be changed. Not worth going back.

Stopped in for dinner tonight. The food was good — tasty and flavorful. What made me give 5 stars was our server Zoya. She was INCREDIBLE — so friendly and attentive If you come here to eat ask for Zoya — you will leave very happy

I love Chilis but this location is terrible. It’s dirty, and the last two times in I’ve been stuck with the same crappy waiter and he is awful. I’ll have to start driving to 59 and 99 to eat at the Chilis there. This one blows.

Ok I think some $ has gone into improving the Sugar Land and Missouri City Chilis. My MIL gave my hubby a gift card for his birthday, and we have been to both in the last couple weeks. It’s much better, MUCH better! Staff are welcoming, friendly and go the extra mile(we got chips and salsa to take home today), the food was piping hot and fresh and you can self check out at the table — genius! Chips and Guac(hubby said it was delicious) I had chicken enchilada soup — I LOVE, LOVE their chicken enchilada soup Buffalo chicken ranch sandwich(grilled chicken) w/south west Mac and cheese that my 11 month old inhaled. Chilis is back!

We tried the Chili’s on Highway 6 and they had an hour wait with open tables. Um. No. So we tried here and got seated instantly with a smile. I like that! The waitress was super nice and fairly quick and efficient, except for after the meal when they started to get really busy, then it looked like she got a little overwhelmed and we had to wait on our check for quite a while. The chips and salsa came out quickly and the chips were warm; I don’t usually get the chips and salsa here but I was freaking starving after spending all day in Sugar land with a friend at her ultra run(100 miles in 55 hours). Hubby ordered the cheese fries as well and said they were really good and nice and hot. Our entrees were good as well; he got a burger and it was hot and juicy and I got the Margarita Grilled Chicken and it was great as well. Absolutely no complaints about the food. It did take awhile to get to us, but we had chips and salsa to munch on so we wouldn’t pass out from lack of food… lol We both just got water and it was kept full so no complaints there. Really, no complaints at all, except the check took awhile to got to us and by that time I was full, and warm, and sleepy, and ready to go home and sleep. But that’s not her fault. I enjoyed my meal, and it was a great deal, as it was only $ 25 since we got the 2 for $ 20 plus the chips and salsa. I don’t get to Sugar Land often, but if I do, I would come back here for sure!

I gave these guys a 3 because the Lunch time manager took care of my bill. the service was fine but who ever was cooking was not awesome. I ordered Chicken crisper’s, that is their signature dish how do you mess that up? I also was served cold Mac and cheese like seriously cold like it came out the fridge to my bowl. The manager was awesome and apologized. That was the best thing about the meal.

I have been to other Chili’s location and received great service, but this location has poor customer service from wait staff(Tara) and management(Kelly). Dirty too!

Had the Caribbean chicken salad for 9.99 and a tea for 2.29. It was a large salad and pretty decent with toppings. Loved the corn in the salad but the chicken was a bit dry. I just doused it with dressing to make up for it.

We waited 10mins before we were acknowledged by someone! Everyone kept passing by as if they didn’t see 4 parties waiting to be seated. Finally when we put our name on the list to be seated we had to wait another 10mins because they didn’t have any clean tables. When the manager brought us to the booth it was filthy. We stood in the middle of the aisle while she cleaned an waited for the seats to dry. This is my first and last time coming here. I should’ve left but was really tired and was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Chili’s overall used to be amazing, I don’t know what happened. Came in for lunch at noon on a Friday. First, right as we walked in there were two groups of people waiting to be seated and no hostess. When the hostess came back, she didn’t acknowledge anyone but the people that were already waiting for a table. After this, I wondered out loud if there was a wait list, someone waiting for a table muttered the honor system. After about 10 min of waiting, we were say down. At a table. With menus. We waited about 20 min before flagging the hostess down and asking what was going on, why we didn’t have a server in a pretty empty restaurant. She apologized, brought us our drinks and took our order. Another 15min goes by and a conversation with the manager leads to still no food, my lunch break pretty much over and me starving. We informed the bar we were leaving, and not playing along with this joke of service. They really could’ve cared less. That was enough for me to never want to comeback to any location in the chain. Choose another restaurant, do not go here. The actual location is dirty, old and run down.

Update: nothing has changed. My assistant called to say she was going to be late coming back from lunch because it’s been 45 mins and the waiter hasn’t come back to take their food order. Jokingly I asked if she was at Chili’s. She said, «How did you know that??»

Today 9÷14÷2013 at 12:45pm I walk in with my girl friend for lunch. The hostess was sitting down in the bar area. She rolls her eyes as we walk in like we are Inconveniencing her being lazy. She begins to seat us at a dirty table and rudely walks away not saying or cleaning the table. The service and food are ok, can’t expect much from Chili’s. Sugar Land isn’t what it use to be.

It’s an okay place, something of a default for my girl & I. Mostly at this location too. Never had any kind of problems with the food or the wait staff. The food is okay, nothing to complain or be too exited about. Although my girl really loves their hot chocolate molten cake. The only complaint I really have is about their margaritas with a beer in it. They suck & not only do they suck but they’re extra small. The margarita is small & I have never seen a smaller corona in my life. It’s a shame they can’t be like the ones from 100% Taquito, located uptown.

So this location… is very random. Some days I get awesome food, sometimes I get food that have missing ingredients(I’m picky I guess). Like today! I ordered 2 different salads. A quesadilla explosion and santa fe salad. Lets just say there was no corn relish in the first salad and there were no avocado in the second one. Even though it didn’t have those items in them, the salad was still good. But still! I also did not appreciate how they were so skimpy on the salad, I had barely at all. Its called a salad for a reason, greens is the main part. When asking for help so I could get the to-go food I ordered, waiters ignored me or at least acted they did not see nor hear me. Apparently customers sitting close to them could hear and see me though. Most of the time, service is just ok or just bad… mainly because these workers don’t know how to balance between tables. I can understand when its busy but when I’m like the only customer, come on, at least say sorry the chef is still preparing your food, don’t worry it will be right out. None the less, I come back once in a while because I cannot resist their lava cake. If you want to go to Chilis I recommend you to go to a different location… that is more consistent.

Took several minutes for someone to greet us and ask if we wanted a table. The bartender clearly saw us and didn’t say or do anything. If we weren’t in a hurry we would of left. Decent food but never on the top of the list of where to go…

The food tastes distinctly better than the Chili’s in missouri city. The chocolate chip cookie skillet is a MUST!
