Chili’s

****UPDATED: its official I’ve talked to people that work here and they say that they do water down their drink purposely! How do they get a way with this and what does this say about the Chilis company in allowing them to do this!
Either you’re waiting 15 – 20 minutes at the bar to get even recognized or they end up getting you a drink and its so watered down!
There has only been one friendly bartender that I’ve encounter so far, but still have the same problem with how to make a drink!
If they’re doing something as immoral as watering down drinks purposely just imagine what they might be doing immoral with your food?!?

With Sub-​par made food yet they still managed to have even worse service…
Not only would I not recommend this place but I seriously didn’t want to even pay for the meal… deff stay away

Service is extremely slow. They act like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you. The worst part was that we found a beer bottle cap in my six years olds cup!!! Not cool!

Disappointments:
We brought the kids and were looking forward to the game kiosk but when we were seated the kiosk was inactive.
It took close to 10 mins for the waittress to greet us and take the drink order.
When we showed her the kiosk, she made a sad face and did nothing about it. We stole one from another table. 1 star for the seating process.
I ordered burger bites and asked for mushrooms, but she responded with the fact that Chilis has discontinued using mushrooms. Is that really true? Why would any big chain make that decision?
Food came out ok, not spectacular… though the new fancy plating suggested otherwise. Family and I average to 3.5 stars for the food.
Overall service… as I sit here, all of our glasses are empty. One of them got refilled during the meal. Waittress was slow and lackluster throughout. She had no enthusiasm, as if she really didn’t want to be there. 2 stars.
3.5+2+1=6.5/3= 2.2 ish overall… rounded up above to be kind.

This is the worst service. 20 min after being seated to have our order taken, then 25 more min for our food to arrive. The restaurant was 20% full, yet service was terrible. No tables bussed, and staff just sitting at station talking amongst themselves and eating!. Never again. Time for corporate to review!

And if I were to review myself, i’d give myself 1 star too because we stayed.
Every time I have gone there I have gotten sick. different dinner each time… same sickness. Waiters and Waitresses are friendly, but not enough to make worth choking down the cold mediocre food and sickness later.

Poor service and long wait times. If they say it’s gonna be 15 minutes, they mean 45. And when it comes out, it will be cold or burned. Seems like there is no concern from management to improve, as this has been consistent for the past several years. Overall, it’s obvious that these employees just don’t care.

I come here once a week to eat my lunch. Lunchtime is quiet and I sit at the bar. Amelia the bartender is amazing. She always takes care of me and knows I like unsweet tea. The food is great and she is as well. If you stop by swing by the bar and say hello!

My cousin and I went to Houston for the weekend after we left we stopped by to eat in sugar land. First the service was awful the waiter took a long time to serve us. Other than that the food was delicious just hopefully the customer service is better when other people go. Because I don’t plan on stoping by again to this chilies.

This place is fabulous. The Dr. Pepper ribs are fantastic. I had the corn on the cob and loaded mash potatoes. They also have a variety of flavors of Arnold Palmer drinks.
Restrooms were clean and well stocked. My server was very attentive and didn’t leave me with an empty cup.
I even had dessert.
Enjoy this place and we will be back.

I have been here a couple times and the service always seems to be a bit lax. I was here two days ago and the waiter was barely audible nor helpful. Trying to flag down someone for extra sauce or a drink refill was next to impossible. The food always comes out warm, but fresh is questionable.

I just had the worst dining experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. To start out it took 10 minutes to come get our drink order. Then it took another 5 for them to tell me that the beer I wanted was no longer on draft. 10 minutes later I finally got my beer. We ordered our food when I was informed about the beer, and it took 20 minutes for it to finally come to our table. After we finished eating we waited another 15 minutes to get the check, where they still charged me for the beer they didn’t have. After finally getting the waiters attention it took another 10 minutes to get the correct check. All in all what shout have been a quick lunch took almost 2 hours.

Service was ok, food was horrible! No taste at all. Very bland and cold. The best thing was the chips and salsa.

Friday night, not busy and slow service as usual. We come here knowing it will take a long time to get our food. 30 minutes in and we only have chips and drinks. Good food if you have all night to wait for it. Ever since this opened it has been notorious for slow service and evidently things have not changed.

Disgusting, repugnant filth! This restaurant is trash! The employees are more edible than the food, but then again, that doesn’t say much cause they’re employees are completely incompetent. I bet half of them are elementary school dropouts.
Our buffoon of a waiter got our order wrong, and he had one table!!! He was an embarrassing joke to the title of waiter. As Ashton Kutcher on ‘That 70s Show’ say «Busboy is a job, but waiter is a career.» Well, for our waiter it was a career that wasn’t taken seriously. In fact he spit upon his career.
You think you would learn not to go to such a trashy chain as Chili’s because it’s almost every time we go that we have a completely incompetent server. I’m appalled at the chain’s management, and how little they care about their customers. It’s filthy and immoral! Chili’s can join the ranks of another infamously terrible fast-​food chain: The always horrendous Applebee’s! Just plain nasty!
I mean, our waiter didn’t even fill our drinks once until we asked him. I mean, come on! What is that? OUTRAGEOUS is what that is. Abraham Lincoln once said «Those who deny freedom to others deserve it not themselves; and under a just God cannot long retain it.» Well, God must have taken the day off when Chili’s was invented because their food is an indictment on not only the service industry but this country as a whole! I don’t think the founding father would have stood for this garbage!
Chili’s is a disgusting ball of filth that should have been closed by the health department years ago. It’s nasty, trashy, and just plain obscene. The place even had an unpleasant odor, their was urine all over the bathroom floor, and the food was disgusting because the order was wrong, you imbecile! I ordered the Chipotle Honey Chicken Crispers! Instead of asking to correct the order like a decent human being with a soul, he just poured some Chipotle sauce on the crap chicken that tasted like paper! EXCUSE ME?! I mean I think it was literally lined and stuffed with paper!
This is one of the worst, filthiest restaurants I’ve ever been to. Chili’s is an inescapable hell of constipation and deceit! NEVER GO!

Writing a review of a chain may seem like a waste of time. However, if I can spare just one person from the frustration we experienced– MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! Just be prepared. If go with the right mindset, you’ll have a good experience. Eat a little snack before go, then you won’t notice the extended wait times to place your order or to get a drink refill. Perhaps you could bring a bottle of water and just refill your own glass? If you go online and check out their menu, write it out before you get there and hand the order already written to your server, your chances of getting the correct order will be much higher. Walked into an empty restaurant and the waitress had to ask the bartender if there was a wait… NOBODY’S HERE! And for a good reason: service sucks. The food took way too long since the place was practically empty. When food did arrive, the orders were wrong. Waiter checked up on us a few times and each time only refilled one cup of water and not both. He was also pushing us to leave by asking if we needed togo boxes as we were still eating! Gave us the check not too long after that. Such rude people! No wonder no one eats here. I only came because I had a gift card…

Yet another restaurant with incompetent staff and management. Steaks either completely raw and scary or burnt to rubber consistency. Waiter had three tables yet couldn’t seem to even keep up with them and disappeared to where idk for large amounts of time. We will now stop giving most importantly this chilis location a chance as even when the manager hears multiple issues doesn’t even bother to apologize.

Enjoyed the Big Mouth Bites. Fast service. Joseph, my server, was friendly. Overall good visit. Saturday 5pm.
