History

Established in 2007.

At Enochs Eye Care, Dr. Enochs and Dr. Knapp are highly trained to detect and monitor eye health conditions including glaucoma, macular degeneration, cataracts, diabetic conditions as well as many others. They work closely with many of the area’s primary care physicians and specialists to provide patient’s with the best possible care for their health needs.

We also accomodate our patients with emergency appointments for situations that require more immediate care.

Our optical department has a wide selection of designer frames and affordable frames. The lenses are the highest quality we can offer. Many of the area’s industrial companies require OSHA approved safety glasses which we also provide.

We can evaluate patients for new contact lens wear and train you in insertion, removal, and proper lens care. We can also provide previous wearers with an updated contact lens prescription. Our office can order your lens supply and our lens prices are competi

Dr. Mark Enochs has been a licensed Doctor of Optometry since 2000 and has more than 10 years experience in the treatment and management of ocular disease, infectious conditions of the eye and surgical co-​management. In addition to comprehensive eye examinations and contact lens evaluations, Dr. Enochs provides treatment for glaucoma and acute ocular infections. Diabetic patients are fully evaluated for diabetic retinopathy, with a summary of findings forwarded to respective primary care physicians. He has worked in private optometric practices in Portsmouth and Norfolk, as well as ophthalmology clinics in Norfolk and Virginia Beach. This diverse experience has allowed Dr. Enochs to bridge the coordination of care between medical optometry and surgical ophthalmology. Dr. Enochs formed Enochs Eye Care, PLLC in 2006 and is proud to provide an array of eye care services. Dr. Enochs serves the entire Hampton Roads community
