History
Established in 2014.
I’m a mom with a family history of gluten and dairy sensitivity. With a lack of dedicated gluten-free bakeries in our area, and growing frustrated with the quality of the gluten-free products in our local healthfood store, I developed some recipes that have become incredibly popular among friends and acquaintances (even those not on a gluten-free or vegan diet). Over the years so many encouraged me to start my own bakery, that eventually I got my CFO license and never looked back.
