Technicolor Inc-Professional Film Divison

These are not people that have to be nice to filmmakers. They are Technicolor. The biggest name in the business. Yet, I found them absolutely wonderful to work with.
First of all, I have to admire that even after paying to fly our film down to LA and have a courier deliver it (and the reverse process on the way back) I was still able to get a better rate than if I were to have it done in San Francisco. I’m not crazy about that fact — I like to support local businesses — but I have to give credit to Technicolor for an awesome rate.
Secondly, their customer service is phenomenal. Imagine trying to coordinate the logistics of delivering film and getting it processed ASAP before having it picked up, especially having never been at their place of business and never working with them before. They sat through my dozens of questions and multiple phone calls, giving me names and numbers of all the people who I may want to call or pass on to my couriers in the event of any trouble or confusion.
Furthermore, the key issue at the end of the day is what kind of work they do. Top notch.
