Studio City Auto Collision

Came in with a dent in my back right panel, I’d been putting off getting it fixed because I was nervous about someone else with my car. But the truth is, I left here with my car in better condition then even before the accident. They cleaned the car, inside and out, fixed the dent and painted the scratched rims. So glad I decided to come here. Everyone was real cool and easy to speak with.

These guys are amazing, I would give more stars if I could!
After a fairly bad fender bender, these guys made my car look like new — actually better than new! Their communication was excellent and the work was even better.
Living and driving in LA, I’m sure to get more dings and dents and Studio City Auto Collision will be my go-​to body shop from now on.

It’s so great when you find a repair shop you can trust! Jack and his crew are fantastic! Any time i have to (unfortunately) take my car in to be fixed, I leave a happy customer! Best costumer service I’ve experienced in years!
I got rear ended a few weeks ago and was looking for a good auto shop in my area. I had stopped by here several months prior for advice about another car issue, and had been treated very well by Jack. So I decided to go back as I saw they had good reviews as well.
I got greeted by Jack again, and he remembered me surprisingly. (Since I had only stopped by for few mins before) After discussing the car repairs for a while I knew this was where I wanted it fixed.
It all got done very quickly (about a week) and Jack kept me up to date during the process.
I went to pick up my car and I couldn’t have been happier with the results. Looked the exact same as when I got it brand new from the dealership a year ago.

Thank you George! I came in with no appointment and they were able to help me so fast I couldn’t believe it. George did not charge me for my first visit where they had to pull the front bumper lip off my car. They ordered the part and week later installed it super quick, and only charged me about what it would have cost me to order the part online. They were saying when I got there that people think the shop is only for BMW’s or high end cars, but it’s not, they do everything. Again, I can’t believe how quickly they were able to help me with no appointments needed.

Jack was amazing!!! I took my car in to have some work on the front bumper because of a small accident. He gave me an extremely fair estimate and fixed my car rather in a week. He even took the extra step of taking pictures along the way documenting what he was replacing. This was extremely helpful because I really don’t know anything about cars. I would absolutely recommend them.

I drove across country to move here from Florida and had issues on the trip. I took a chance and went to the nearest auto collision shop and there are several in the area. My instincts could not have been better because they not only do amazing work and affordable but they are really honest and fair, a rare find in this business. The issues I had were from a less than honest shop back in Florida. George treated me like family, corrected all the problems and went above and beyond. Really top notch! Thank you, George!

Amazing service that goes above and BEYOND. Every time I come to see the guys here for any maintenance needs, I forget that I am in LA. They will take care of you like family. I recently got into a car accident and needed to get my car fixed ASAP. Not only did they expedite the process, they also helped me deal with my insurance company who was purposely dragging out the whole claim process. I have recommended this shop to many of my friends and we all now share one more thing in common: Studio City Auto Collision is the only auto bodyshop we trust and recommend in Los Angeles!!!

The customer service is stellar. From the 1^st day I went to get my quote to after the payment was completed, the management and staff were both very responsive and friendly. I tend to be very particular when it comes to my car. George handled the intake and overview of the paint process. George was very patient and attended to all my concerns. I also found George’s frankness and honesty to be refreshing when considering balancing the quality of the paint job with the bottom line. I went in anticipating an end-​to-​end paint job and George took the time to explain that only certain sections of my car that needed repair. The painting team also impressed me with their ability to match the painted sections to the existing stock paint of the car. I highly recommend Studio City Auto Collision. They truly strive for high quality while keeping the customer’s wallet in mind.

Brilliant staff & work team. They feel like family. The owner drove me to Hertz to grab a rental after I dropped my car off at the shop. He’s a saint that man. Made a bad day feel better.

These guys are great. They did my work at least an hour ahead of schedule, the price was fair and all the costs up-​front. They didn’t try any up-​sell or anything. What more can you ask for? My repairs were simple and out-​of-​pocket, but I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to them with an insurance claim or larger repair.

I took my vehicle here after a rear side collision. Spoke to Jack who gave me the lowest quote I had received after speaking to four different shops. The rate and time he quoted WERE ACCURATE, unlike any shop I have ever used in the past. The work was excellent and Jack even fixed a front bumper situation common to Civics in which an outer panel comes loose. The shop is also in close walking distance to both an Enterprise, Avis and an independent rental shop so the whole process is convenient. If you need body work, take it to Studio City Auto Collision and have Jack set you up. I’ll definitely return if needed in the future.

It doesn’t get much better than this. Great work, great service and even greater prices. I had a small fender bender — an old red car bumped into the back of my black Porsche. Very small damage, but damage nevertheless. They didn’t want to go through insurance… so I got quotes from top name places of around $ 800 and knew the person who hit me wouldn’t pay that. Scouted places on Unilocal and found this. The reviews were great and their estimate was half of what I was quoted. So I used them and everything was fantastic. In a world of potential rip-​offs, these guys are happy in their work and care about their end product. Hopefully I won’t need bodywork again, but if I do, I’ll be back here.

I have mixed feelings about this place. They did a great job at a good price, but they didn’t do everything they said they would. When repainting my front bumper they said they would fill in the holes that my license plate left. His exact words were «no problem». He even pointed to the holes for confirmation and said I would have to re-​drill the holes if I’m forced to put my front plate back on. But when I picked up my car I noticed they didn’t even try to fill in the holes. Both guys said they never said they could fill in the holes. They said it’s not even possible because the bondo wouldn’t stay. I call BS. They either forgot or just said they can do it get the job. I care way too much about my BMW so this oversight puts a bad taste in my mouth and bugs me.
Either way, lesson learned. My word of advise is to get everything in writing… even the small details.

Just moved to Studio City from West Hollywood. Time to find a new body shop so naturally I Unilocaled it. Reviews here were good so I decided to drop by.
My BMW X5 passenger wing mirror came off. I tried to fix I myself but couldn’t. A new wing mirror is between $ 800-​$ 1,000 (Nuts).
The guys immediately came out to help me. Took the wing mirror off and 30 minutes later all fixed saving me lots of $$$$
I’m a first time client and they didn’t want to charge me. Just a tip for the guys that fixed it. I didn’t have cash, no worries we trust you pop in next time. Never before such trust and great service. I’ll be back for all my car needs going forward. Thanks guys.

I went to get an estimate from Jack to repaint my front bumper and it was a bit higher than the few other quotes I received. After reading reviews and getting a tour of the shop I decided to go with Studio City Auto Collision for the repair. IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY!
I dropped my car off on Monday morning and had it back Wednesday before noon! The quality and speed of work performed is exceptional and the color match was perfect– silver metallic paint (they used high quality PPG paint). I also brought in a brand new OEM factory painted front lip on Wednesday morning in order to compare the color (IT WAS AN EXACT COLOR MATCH). They even installed the new front lip free of charge!
A polish and car wash was also included and done before I picked up my vehicle. I highly recommend Jack and Studio City Auto Collision. Thanks guys!

Jack was a true professional and a pleasure to deal with. He did a terrific job repairing a few dents on my brand new Mercedes GLK and was very accommodating to the insurance company. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely return should the need arise (but I hope it doesn’t!)
