Appears to be closed based on two recent visits. Place is full of merchandise, lights are on, neon sign says «open,» but the massive roll-up door is closed and padlocked. Phone has an answering machine but no information about whether they’re still in business.

I have several beautiful pieces from Indigo, and could easily decorate my whole place with their furniture, if I was going for a fully-Eastern look. It’s beautiful. AND all of my stuff is still in great condition; a great feat for antiques. I even have two amazing chairs that I keep on my balcony which are not meant for outdoor use, but have stayed in perfect condition (except where I used pledge to clean one of them– not a good idea).

Indigo has some nice furniture and a big catalog that you can order from. Its not very expensive in my opinion, but furniture varies quite a bit in price, so it just depends on what you’re buying. the owner (Hong?) is very nice and personable. she takes time to show you the catalogs and help you find what you’re looking for if the showroom doesn’t quite have what you need. Overall, we were happy with the coffee table, side tables, and side table that we bought. Their delivery people were also quite nice and on time.

Got a very nice dining room table and several décor items here. The style and quality are both impeccable. I was able to pay cash and get a better deal. but only expect a discount if you bring him cash. There was an alarm that they may not deliver on time, but after a proper tantrum, I had my dining room table in time for my party :) All and all I would absolutely recommend them highly, the owner, Roman, is knowledgeable and easy to work with. They have an entire catalog of custom items he can order for you as well. Just don’t let them screw you on the delivery date, get it in writing!

I love this place so much I can’t wait to go back. I’ve driven by it many times and always wanted to stop in but for some reason never did. I was in the area with my husband this past Saturday and decided to pop in. That was a great decision on my part. I was literally in there saying, «Oooh, I like this and that and that and that!!» There are a ton of items in there that I have not seen anywhere and most of them are handmade. We ended up walking out with two handmade coat hangers. It only cost us $ 40 and we have a great addition to our home. My husband went back the following Monday and bought me 4 more pieces that I really liked. Two large statues of meditating frogs and two smaller statues of dancing frogs. Stop in, you won’t be disappointed.

I love this place. Beautiful hand made furniture, carvings and wall pieces, budda’s galore if that’s what you’re into. Most of my home is from here and it’s really not that pricey at all. They will also custom make just about anything you want. No pressure to buy either. You are welcome to just cruse around at your leisure. Compared to places that are similar this place is much better and much less $$$.

Love LOVE LOVE this place. Well, I am more famliar with the Northridge location, (bigger and better). Most of the pieces in my house are from Indigo. The owners are a cute sweet couple. Reasonably priced compared to most trendy furniture places. Everything is eclectic and imported from India/Indonesia…hand made, beautifully crafted teak pieces. It is the best if you want a warm, relaxing, zen feel to your home.

Yet another really expensive home furnishings store that is awesome for the Indonesian style that features dark woods with rough edges. The kinds of awesome furniture that would make your livingroom a sanctuary of sheer reelaaaxing energy. Yep, good stuff can be found here.
I often just pop in here and pretend shop for my imaginary home of the future, but if you actually HAVE money to spend and actually HAVE a home to furnish, then come here and get some ideas and then maybe shop around for a better price. Or you can always try and talk them down, I hear that works (but you didn’t hear it from me ;)
