I got an acai bowl from here. It was very good and they made it pretty fast. I don’t mind waiting for one but some places, ya gotta wait like 20 minutes. Good job. In the words of the great actor Arnold Schwarzenegger, I’ll be back.

So I’m normally a snob when it comes to juice and smoothie joints. You know the typical Los Angelian, the all organic vegan type. Well my boyfriend and I decided to stop at Jamba Juice, since we were waiting for our pup to get groomed and it was right there, so what the heck! When we got there we met Cindy, she’s a very sweet and spunky girl(Have her say Pitaya for you, I love the way she says it). We basically created a new item on the menu that was stemmed from the Chunky Strawberry. We made it vegan style, instead of greek yogurt they just blended fruit and made a base from that. They added blueberries, coconut and honey to the top. I left there keeping my Los Angelian integrity ;) VEGAN num num num :-D

I love Jamba Juice it’s delish Protein Berry workout. Is normally wonderful, but not today. Two very watery versions of my beloved drink. I wonder did you change your recipe from 2 weeks ago? I hope this is a fluke.

This place has the worst employees! U pay $ 10 for an acai bowl and they skip half the ingredients in it! I asked the girl to put honey in my bowl and she literally rolled eyes at me! Unbelievable that employers even higher people like these!

First of all I enter without being greeted. Then I feel rushed to let them know my order, which is so frustrating to me. Whatever, I order my drinks then with a dull so over it voice asks if I want to donate a dollar to breast cancer, and I wanted to do a nice gesture so I said yea sure! While I am waiting to get my drinks, I overhear her asking another guy if he would like to donate a dollar and he says ya and she hands him a cute little pink paper to write his name. So I’m looking at my friend like whyyyyy wouldn’t I get that paper. I could’ve decided to be a bitch and ask why I didn’t get a paper to escalate this horrible experience, but I decided to just stay quiet and go sit outside and at least try to enjoy my drink. While sitting outside for literally 5 minutes she comes outside and says she needs to take the chairs inside and there were other people there which she didn’t even bother telling them to get up so she could take the chairs, she insisted on taking ours first and mind you it wasn’t even 9 so what that shows me is that she is just a lazy worker. Also I would appreciate if she approached me in a different way which obviously wouldn’t lead to this bad review. I don’t remember their names because they weren’t so memorable but they were 2 Hispanic looking girls. I don’t know if it was racism, whatever it was but I feel like I just got kicked out of Jamba Juice because simply im not Hispanic. I would not recommend Jamba Juice at this location, thank god I live in Glendale and won’t ever be around that area.

Grace was awesome. The girl never stopped smiling. She took my jokes and laughed at them. Grace said she never takes people’s attitudes personally and it showed. She did her job with a smile and with honor. She even gave us the order since my fiancée liked it so much so she knows what she customized in get order. What a sweet girl. Honestly, it was a pleasure to spend money at this place with Grace. The one thing I did wrong was we forgot to tip Grace and we feel horrible. That is our fault !!! Sorry Grace and thank you so much for being awesome !!!

I love this location, they’re always very friendly and work hard to get the order out fast. The only I don’t like is the parking, sometimes it gets supper busy but there’s parking available underground too!

I had a great experience because of Tony, he was very helpful to me. In april i called ahead because i was in a rush, Tony put together what i needed and had it ready! the location is in a shopping center, so the parking is a little hectic during the busy time, but its in a good spot. ;)

I go to this Jamba juice very often. When I walked in today, they greeted me right away. I was 3rd in line, and the girl came to take my order so it was ready right after I paid the cashier. I got a Kale Ginger Pineapple drink. I love how Jamba Juice is doing more drinks with the green veggies on them. This Jamba Juice is a the mall with plenty of parking. If you can’t find parking, just go down a level and park under ground. Then you can take your smoothie with you while you visit the other stores or head over to the nail salon.

Parking available underground too. Pretty clean with nice employees. Pretty much like all other JJ. Music too loud, good protein berry workout with whey.

This is by far the worst Jamba Juice I’ve ever been to. The employees clearly don’t care about their jobs or getting the orders right. In the past two weeks, I’ve been here three times, and every time they’ve screwed up my order. Every time we’ve come in, the employees are more engaged with each other than worrying about doing their jobs and getting the orders right. The first time we came, my sister and I ordered the Kale-ribbean Breeze. I’ve had this before, and it’s delicious. The perfect balance for a green smoothie. We got our drinks and left, we got into the car, and took a sip. YUCK. It literally tasted like they blended a bushel of kale. It wasn’t sweet, it wasn’t tasty. It was disgusting. I know we could have gone in and asked them to change it, but frankly their attitude sucked. They weren’t friendly, and seemed annoyed that we were even in there. They didn’t listen to us when they took our order, he actually interrupted me to talk to his coworker before he finished. And it had nothing to do with work, it was just to chat. The next time, we decided to go with an old favorite, Caribbean Passion. You can’t screw up a classic right? WRONG. It tasted overly sweet, and not like the original. I don’t know if they’ve recently changed the recipe, but this was terrible. It’s a shame, because this place is the closest location to my house, but I’d rather go further down the street than deal with this TERRIBLE location. Hopefully they send in adult to supervise the children that work there.

The employees at this location simply don’t listen or pay attention. I asked for a drink without banana’s, which i am mildly allergic to. When the woman gave me the drink I confirmed«No bananas», to which she replied«No bananas». Maybe she doesn’t know what a banana is, because sure enough first sip what do I taste… BANANA! I probably should have taste tested it at the location instead of once I was in my car on the way to work. This is not the first time this has happen to me at this location. I used to frequent the place on my way to work, but as new employees were brought in the quality of service has deteriorated. out of the last 5 times I have been there, this same thing has happened to me on 3 occasions. If you have any adjustments to be made to your order don’t count on them getting it right.

I’m done coming here. So the guy offers me a sip of a new fresh juice, Tropical Greens and it was tasty so I ordered a large size, not very large in my opinion and the guy says $ 8.69 and I’m like really, the price board says $ 6.29, but whatever. He also promised it would be colder than the sample. Well it was the smallest large cup I’ve seen and it was very cold on this 90 degree day! So disappointed. I knew I should have drive down to Robeks! Wish I could get my money back.

The staff here could be much friendlier. «What do you want,» «are you gonna get something,» are not ways of welcoming guests. The smoothies are good however the service here makes you not want to come back.

Didn’t think this place could get any worse but I was way wrong. I’ve actually stopped going there completely now as this place is beyond a disaster. Every business owners worst nightmare, train wreak of a location and continues to go down. The very last time I walked in, I ordered my drink and pulled out my pink Discover card to pay for my drink. Their system was down so they couldn’t take my credit card, they couldn’t honor the $ 3 that I have saved up from being a Jamba addict and when my friend offered to pay in cash they didn’t accept $ 100 bills, which is all he had on him. So we had to walk over to Ride Aid, to stand in a 10 minute line, to buy gum, to get change, to pay for our Jamba in smaller bills. Lame. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever been in there problem free. You guys just really, really, really, suck:/ I know that’s mean and I kinda feel bad Unilocaling it but I feel it’s my duty as a Los Angeles Citizen to inform my fellow jamba-ers of the horrors that await them here.

This review will be short and sweet. You would think with a huge company like Jamba Juice, they wouldn’t run out of things like wheat grass at 4:45pm on a Sunday. I came to this location specifically(out of my way) for a wheat grass shot because I am sick. After waiting in line, I go to order for the employee to say«I’m soooorry… We don’t have wheat grass.» Fail. The customer service was fine but the management needs to clearly be better at checking to make sure they don’t run out of things like that. On to the next Jamba. I hope this review helps!

This is a pretty nice Jamba Juice. When I came here there was no line and hardly any wait to get my beverage. The staff were really nice and welcoming. The guy behind that counter that was making my drink even asked how my day has been and we had a short nice conversation. My order, a Peanut Butter Moo’d, came out perfectly. If I’m in the area, I wouldn’t hesitate coming back to this location.
