They did such a great job on the window of our smashed in 2015 Subaru Forester!!! I couldn’t believe the amazing skill and speed and accuracy with which the team worked. After having been robbed and seeing our brand new car smashed up we really needed it to look EXCELLENT. Thanks guys! You were the consolation of such a horrible robbery! We wish we could give a hundred stars. And a special thanks to Caesar! (This is a big thumbs up and shout out from Patrick and Sharon!)

Autobahn provided quality work and customer service. They definitely beat my expectations and made the whole process from scheduling repairs to picking my car up go by quickly and effortlessly.
Dropped my car off on a Tuesday and the adjuster updated me by Wednesday morning of the damage (front bumper, grill, and bars needed to be replaced). They were able to order/​receive the parts and get my car back to me by Friday! I was able to leave my office, return my rental at Enterprise (3 – 4 doors down), get my car, and get back to my desk within 35 minutes. It was the most efficient series of events ever.
They went above and beyond while repairing my car and cleaning it as well. There was residue on my center console that was super difficult to remove (so I left it there for months… heh) and they cleaned it off for me! My entire car was shining. It’s the little things that count :)

Got rear-​ended last week and Mercury insurance gave me some choices. Did a little research and chose Autobahn Collision… BOY, AM I GLAD I DID.
You know how some of those body shop places can seem very sketchy and sometimes downright shady. Well… that is NOT the case with Autobahn. This place is bright, clean, and welcoming.
So, I brought my ride in, did the paperwork for insurance and Cesar fixed it up in record time, with great customer service, clear and concise updates and hassle-​free.
Seriously, guys. He checked in with me several times (as did the insurance adjuster from Mercury, but that’s another review for another day) and wanted to make sure I knew how things were going and when she’d be ready. And she was ready early, of course. Yes!
Well, I picked her up today and she’s awesome.
Just like new again… Vela Blu is back, y’all!

There are some businesses that just understand customer service and loyalty. Autobahn in Studio City is one such place. Sep took care of my girlfriend and I. When a dealer (Keyes Chevrolet Van Nuys) promised my girlfriend upgraded emblems on her new Chevy Traverse as part of the «deal» and then strung her along for months to finally tell her they would not honor their promise, we bought the emblems elsewhere. We called Sep to have them installed professionally because Autobahn had been servicing her and her family for years. We took the car in and after telling Sep about the story, he provided the service for us for a handshake and a smile and thanked us for our continuing loyalty over the years. It may seem small but that kind of thoughtfulness and service keeps us coming back. Thank you to Sep and the wonderful customer focus you and your staff provide to our community. Great people, great work, prompt service, and friendly honest people. High marks!

I went to get dent removed from my car and when I went they gave me a quote for one price but when I actually had the service done on my car they charged me a different price and also didn’t give me the best job. I spoke with the manager Mike and he was completely unreasonable. I’m extremely unsatisfied and upset and I’d NEVER recommend anyone go there.

Clearly this place does not need my review but I’m so very happy to have my car back in tip top shape, I’m chiming in. I was told that collision shops that are approved by insurance companies are the best. Well Autobahn is approved by just about every car insurance company there is and is also AAA approved and the quality of repairs and customer service warrants it.

If I ever have another issue with my car, this is the first place I am calling (and I suggest you do the same!). Caesar, Gracelda and the whole staff took such great care of me. Not only did they fix my car quickly, but they went above and beyond what I had expected in the service department. They are all professional, quality, super awesome people and it is reflected in the work that they do. I feel like I drove away having made new friends who would do whatever they could to help me. That includes making sure I don’t have to come back with a different problem any time soon. I highly recommend this shop and will continue to recommend them because I know whoever I send there will be in good hands. Thanks again you guys!

I am taking time out of my busy schedule to give thanks to the folks at Autobahn. This is the second time that they helped me… with two different cars! Allow me to say, I am a great driver, however, this is LA. It’s how we introduce ourselves… LOL
To the point, someone hit my brand new car. Scraped and dented the whole passenger side. Reviews of the liable insurance company’s body shop were not favorable. I brought my car to the people I trusted at Autobahn. Michael assisted me through the entire process, dealing with the details of assuring that my car would be fully fixed and paid for, and that I would have no worries.
Needless to say, the result was impeccable, once again. Honestly, I hope to never see them again unless I pop in to say hello, but trust me, they will be my first choice and first recommendation. Thanks, Michael, and the rest of the competent staff.

I was referred to Autobahn by an insurance company for repairs to my car. I’m so glad. They did great work on my repairs and even went the extra mile to fix scratches on my paint not caused by the accident. Excellent customer service, thanks Cesar!

Just got my bumper repaired here after being hit. Great place! Cesar helped me when I brought my car in and took care of everything (Thanks Cesar for being on top of it!). Cool guy and good work by the shop.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Caesar, one of the main guys who works there, was such a nice guy, went above and beyond to take care of my car.
I was rear ended a week ago, and had barely any damage on my car. Insurance covered my damage so that was no worries, but they fixed it up in 2 days, so quickly, and with ease.
I also had some damage on the driver’s side door of my car, where someone had keyed up the entire side, and Caesar said he would take care of it. Other people had told me I would have to replace both doors on the left side, and that it would cost over $ 1,000. Caesar buffed the ENTIRE thing out, and only charged me $ 100. Now THAT is customer service. I will definitely be back, and sending everyone I know to Autobahn in studio city. 5 stars. Caesar rules!

Everyone is super nice here, especially as I was a little flustered given I was coming in for an accident repair.
Cesar did my estimate and pushed the paperwork approvals through the insurance company quickly. They had all of the paperwork ready for me to review when I dropped the car off for the repair. The repair was done faster than they had estimated. The repair looked great and they took the time to buff out a few extra scratches that had nothing to do with the accident.
Cesar was great to work with, super friendly and helpful. He even backed out my stupid large rental car I had and couldn’t quite get out of their parking lot! :)
Would recommend Autobahn for any body work.

This is a long overdue review for my amazing experience with Autobahn Collision. My car, a Scion, had been hit while parked and I was fortunate the person who hit me left their information, so Mercury Insurance handled the case and gave Autobahn Collision as one of their direct service centers with a lifetime guarantee, and they would pay the center directly so I would have no cost out of pocket.
When I went to drop off my car, I discovered that the claim had not yet been updated for approval for repair in their system, and I was unable to reach the insurance claim agent to verify they made the change. However, I did have a car rental confirmation given by Mercury, so Autobahn (I didn’t catch the name of the lady assisting me) called Enterprise who verified Mercury made the reservation. Autobahn trusted that the rental confirmation was a sign the claim was likely to be updated soon, and took my car in. I was so grateful they were very helpful and chill during this entire drop-​off process!
I got a call the next day from Cesar who reassured the claim was approved, and he would call me after their inspection to approve the repairs, which ended up being the next day. I agreed with the repairs (easier since Mercury would cover the costs directly) and was given a timeline (about a week). I realized I left my garage door opener in my car, and when I stopped by to get it, everyone was very friendly, kind and actually walked me through the shop and I saw everyone at work. When we got to my car, they had already removed the damaged parts so they took the opportunity to explain how the repair would happen. I was very grateful, and felt my car was in good hands.
Cesar notified me that they finished my car early. I was running late since I was leaving after work and had to drop off the rental vehicle, but they waited up for me. The best part was seeing my car– they detailed cleaned it, and with the repairs it looked BRAND NEW! I felt like I was getting my car back in even BETTER condition than when I dropped it. The whole situation ended up being such a blessing.
All of my interactions with everyone who worked at Autobahn was so positive, and their work was definitely top notch– so grateful for that extra touch of the detail clean. I highly recommend them for future car repairs!

They take nearly a month on repairs. Don’t go unless you have a lot of time on your hands to wait for them to finish your car. They will constantly reassure you it will be done soon and then take another week and another week and another.

I picked up my finished car today, they did a great job with the repairs (scraping and dents on the passenger side of my car) and it looks brand new! I took pictures of my car before & after and posted them on here for reference. The repairs were handled by USAA insurance and the process with Autobahn was easy– go in, sign a few forms, they inform you of the process and you’re on your way. At other repair shops I visited I felt uncomfortable going there as a female, but here the staff is friendly and professional. If you have any questions about the process they are happy to help.
They kept me updated on the status of my car with texts and phone calls and finished a bit earlier than predicted. Through the USAA insurance I had a rental car with Enterprise which is within walking distance on the same side of Ventura Blvd. They also washed and detailed my car so it looks awesome! I would recommend and will use them in the future if needed.

If I could give 100 stars, I would.
Dealing with accidents, and all the necessary steps to get your car fixed along with all the insurance can add a huge amount of unnecessary stress to your already hectic and busy life. And if it’s your first accident ever, triple that amount of stress and you have where I was just a few weeks ago. The folks at Autobahn, however, made everything silky smooth!
Mike and Sep did a great job of keeping me up to date during the entire process — from beginning to end! Mike did a great job at making sure I was comfortable during the appraisal process, reviewed what the estimated work would be, how they would do it, and of course, how much it would cost. Sep called me to keep me up to date on the status of my car. On one of his calls, I asked about a minor bumper damage that happened when my car was parked in a lot and someone backed into it. It was a pretty huge dent on the rear driver side of the bumper, and he said it would cost a pretty penny to get it fixed. I said, «OK, no worries! Just thought I would ask!»
When my car was ready, Mike made sure the final touches were put on my car. When he drove it out to the front, it looked so shiny and new! I was so excited. Before I got in the car, he was asking me questions about my car — when the last time I changed my battery, and my brakes, etc. Then, he told me why — he saw acid build up near the battery, so he wanted to make sure I get that checked and my brakes were making noise, but it could be that they are just dirty… It’s amazing that these people care about people’s vehicles outside of what they estimated for!
Before I got in my car, I walked around the back to get to the driver side and low and behold, they popped the dent out of my bumper! There was no dent — of course it was not fully polished or fully fixed — but there’s no more dent! I thought that was the coolest thing ever! I shouted to Mike as he was walking back into the office, in excitement, «YOU GUYS POPPED OUT THE DENT!!!»
I told Mike at the appraisal that this was my first car I ever paid off… it’s really my car. I earned it. So, he knew how much it meant to me! So, for everyone at Autobahn to treat my car like their own, and put in that extra care to getting it back together — almost like new — was REALLY awesome of them! I highly recommend Autobahn for all your car repair needs. Hopefully, I don’t ever have to get my car fixed ever again, but if I do, I will definitely bring my car back here. They really care about you and your car and make sure you get it back as good as new. A++++++++ 100 STARS!!!
