I’ve only had two issues there, I only ordered 2 drinks and the car ahead of me ordered a feast of food, so my shake sat there melting when it took 15 minutes to finish the order ahead of me. It was terrible to wait that long and when I got to the window, they had held me up longer and were making me wait thinking I had ordered food, but it was the car behind me. Other than that, staff has been friendly, I just try to go when its not crowded.

This is a terrible location. If you don’t want your appetite to be lost and disgusted. Then do yourself a favor and go in the drive thru lane. The interior is so outdated.

I went to get lunch for myself & my 2grandsons from drive-thru. It was 11:51am & somewhat busy(about 3cars including me). When we got home, I noticed how I didn’t have my drink, so I called d store & told the lady on the phone that! Instead of getting d usual apology, I got me a very condescending answer of, «So Why Did You Leave Without Your Drink?”& phone dropping! I was appalled! I called back & got this very nice lady apologizing for her & told me that the lady I spoke to before was the manager! Whoa! Here’s a very nice staff, truly apologizing, while her manager gave me such bad service! So, I asked to speak to the manager again to see/hear how she’s going to deal with me now that she got me upset… I expected an apology, but there she goes again, just told me how busy they are, brushing me off, gave me her name when I asked for it, & told me to come back to get my drink & talk to her, then drop the phone on me again! Calling Burger King Corporate! Your manager Alyssa Byrd(?) in your store#13456 needs more training in customer services! She is by far d worst you have as I’m a regular customer there as it’s close to where I live! Helllo!!!

As with any other chain restaurant, the food isn’t really what should be the main topic. You know what they have, you know what you like, and you can almost guess what you’re going to get. The staff however, is the entire reason I am writing this. We were just passing through on our way home, and had a craving for Burger King, alongside of coupons. But it was almost midnight. As in, 11:55PM, almost midnight. I didn’t even realize what time it was, until they took our order and politely informed us that they would be turning off the lights, but would still be bringing our food to us. I felt terrible for ordering so close to what was probably their closing! Not only were they not upset, but also they took both of our coupons without requiring two separate orders(which would have been fine with us, we just wanted to keep it simple). The patience and courtesy of the staff gives this place the 5 stars it deserves. I’m not from the area, but if I ever went back I would give a major THANKYOU to the employees working the night of 9÷20÷2013.

This Burger King is a step above the rest! They are fast, friendly, efficient, and where else other than BK can you get a whopper at 6 am? I brought the kids to the indoor playplace last week, and it was a blast from the past! They still have the same cartoon character signs everywhere! Very clean location – I will be back – the kids insist! :)

what can i say about fast food, it should be fast! well not so much the case when i stopped by last weekend. i think i threw them off when i ordered my bk veggie burger. but we didn’t have to wait terribly long so it was ok. the burger was great. oh, we also ordered sm fries and a sm onion ring and HOLYCOW! were they small.
