I’ve been frequenting this store on and off for years. Their prices seem to be in line with other pet food stores, but the customer service is the main reason I keep going back. I’ve had some finicky cats and some various health issues with some, and they have always been so helpful with searching for the right food. They don’t try to sell me on the most expensive food — instead they listen to what I’m looking for and then explain the options. The staff is always so helpful whether via phone or in person (where they often carry my stuff out to the car despite my protests). It’s the kind of customer service that seems rare these days. As a side note, they also seem to be very active in the community and sponsoring various rescue group endeavors, so that’s a nice added bonus.

Great selection and helpful staff. We are first-​time pet owners and had a fun time outfitting our puppy supplies at Pet Source. Not sure how competitive their prices are but the location was key for us.

I purchased «Natural Chemistry NATURAL Flea Spray for Cats» from this store and within 15 minutes of its correct and careful application my 3 year old healthy cat was DEAD. I took some time selecting this product and consulted with a sales person at this location and I was told this was a natural product. After my cats death I investigated this product and found that it contains Sulfuric Acid and other substances that although they may be «natural» they are not benign. I know that it might be difficult to research each product fully I hope they have removed this product line from their shelves. I returned to the store later that day to explain what had happened to the salesperson, she was sympathetic and said the store owner would contact me, five days later and I am still waiting.
