Love to use local restaurants. This place uses caned mushrooms so gross. Can’t believe they are still in business. Will not ever get food there again.

Great salads and homemade dressing. Roast Beef is excellent, love the vegetable Lasagna and Excellent thin crust pizza that may be the best in Stoughton.

My son and I ordered two large pizzas, delivery time was great but once we opened the box see soon new why the pizza was the WORST we have ever had, it was less than 1⁄8 on an inch thick the crust was well there was none. When I call the owners excuse for this was that they had sold over one hundred pizzas in the last hour and the dough hadn’t risen, does he think I bought that line NO what he was doing was using the dough for small pizzas and trying to make large ones. Well word of advise stay away. the other thing is always check your bill it’s never right I must of heard several times how there was a two liter in my bill that shouldn’t have been

Absolutely the worst steak and cheese I’ve ever had in my life. It looked like it was cooked perfectly… but like another reviewer mentioned, there’s a weird vinegar tang that should not be. Must go wash out my mouth.

One last chance has confirmed they’ve hit rock bottom. I used to love the tuna subs but now the tuna has a tangy vinegar taste that is awful. The small sub is larger than most but I’d prefer half the size if it tasted like a good quality tuna. Inedible and I had to toss the sub away.

Stupid name but good food. I’ve had the pizza and subs. Nothing great but it’s a good choice if you want some variety.

I think I was trying to like it more than I actually did because the guy who answered the phone and took my order was super friendly, and because the food arrived in less time than they told me it would… but if I’m being honest with myself, I wasn’t in love. We ordered a large Hawaiian pizza and a large steak tip sub. The sub roll was toasted nicely, but the steak tips were really doused in pepper and there wasn’t enough cheese. Also, I had some steak tips that were medium rare and some that were well done. It just wasn’t consistent. The Hawaiian was ok. The crust was really soggy because of the pineapple and probably could have used a few more minutes in the oven. The ratio of ham to pineapple was disappointing. Flavor was not bad, though. I am still waiting to find my perfect sub and perfect pizza in the Stoughton area…

Love this place. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 7 years now. The food is great. The place is always exceptionally clean. The guy who runs it is the nicest man ever. He appreciates his customers and is always very accommodating. Chuck & Cheese is definitely the best takeout place in the area. Waaaaay better than any of the places in Stoughton center

I’ve lived in Stoughton for 4 years and finally made it to Chuck & Cheese for the first time. After hearing rave reviews for the Greek salad, I tried it in a wrap last night and it was very tasty — fresh veggies, lots of feta, and really good dressing. The«wrap» was more of a tortilla with stuff thrown into it that fell apart when I took it home, but since it was so full and probably tough to wrap because they gave me so much inside, I can’t complain. I’ll definitely be back to try their pizzas, calzones and other sandwiches. My mouth was watering reading the other menu items as I waited for my wrap last night!

I come here pretty often enough to say that the guys behind the counter recognize my face, I like that this place has fountain drinks, I love free refills. I love that this place always has a clean bathroom, like the kind I have at home, but most of all, I love how friendly, every one is and how good the food is so far, I ‘ve only eaten the pizza and the meatball calzone. They have a cool special, monday– thursday, get a small for 3.99, it’s a good pizza, greasy, cheesy, fluffy chewy dough, slightly crispy crust, tasty cheese, and always served hot. The calzone is big to, I asked for a small and was intimidated by the size, I couldn’t finish it, or I did but regretted stuffing myself, I can’t remember. The marinara sauce seems to be different than the pizza sauce, it might not be for everyone, it seems tangy, zesty, but so much more so than the sauce on the pizza it might be considered sour, but I did enjoy the calzone and I would order it again!

Best Pizza in Stoughton! You heard me best pizza in Stoughton, I used to think it was town spa, but Chuck & Cheese tastes just as good and costs less, win win in my book. The Pizza really good, the clam chowder not so good, the baklava though is really good, motzarella sticks are ok. The pizza though is the best ever had.

Not even worth ONE star!!! We got a hot roast beef sandwich, curly fries, spinach pie and a pastrami sub. Not one good thing to say about any of it. The roast beef was like deli meat thrown in the microwave, it was dry and oily and the bread was stale. The curly fries were overcooked and so hard they were impossible to chew. The spinach pie would have been okay, if it wasn’t freezing cold on the inside. And the pastrami was the worst of all of it… it was dry, crusty, and tasted like beef jerky. And the service was about as good as the food… We will never go back.

I used to be a fan of Chuck and Cheese. No more though. It all got ruined recently. I popped in the other night after having a craving for a roast beef sandwich. I ordered a junior beef to go and was terribly disappointed when I got home and opened my sandwich up. The roast beef was well done. I prefer a more medium roast beef, and I don’t think I am in the minority here. There was tons of gristle too. Perhaps they were at the end of the roast, but they should have either told me there wasn’t any or started a new one. The onions that I asked for on my sandwich had the rind still attached. I ended up throwing the sandwich out. I will never order here again. Rarely have I had a sandwich that I have had to throw away. I was totally turned off eating this sandwich.

We used to order from these guys all the time when we wanted greasy, unhealthy, delivery food. Then we began noticing that everytime we ordered, even though we had just received the most recent menu with prices in the Stoughton Penny Saver that day, the prices were ALWAYS higher than they should’ve been. So we started tracking it. The last time we ordered, and believe me, it will be the LAST time we EVER order from them, they«conveniently» mis-charged us, and only gave us the overage when we challenged them… but it took several phone calls! They do a LOT of shady things here with their charges, so, buyer beware. Besides, their food is no better than the zillion other places to get the same exact kind of deep fried greasy unhealthy food and pizza.

Chuck & Cheese has surprisingly good pizza. It is Greek-style pizza, which is the sort with the dense, chewy/crunchy crust and a cheddar/mozzarella blend that is common in New England. Like most Greek pizza, it’s a bit greasier and more intensely-flavored than the milder, sweeter, lighter Italian/NY style pizza that I usually prefer. Greek pizza tends to be a bit oily, and to have tougher, «cheesier» cheese than the soft mozzarella used in Italian pizzas, with a crunchier, denser crust. Chuck & Cheese offers a thin, usually crunchy crust with good flavor, a light layer of intense sauce, and a heavy hand with the stretchy cheese blend. It tastes great, and goes over quite well when friends are over. They use good, fresh ingredients that don’t leave you with that queasy sour-stomach feeling that a lot of local pizza joints do. The delivery is quick and friendly, and their two-pizza deals are pretty good. One complaint is that occasionally I’ll get a pizza that had too much cheese and that was pulled out of the oven and boxed up too hot and too fast, causing the cheese to liquefy and turn the center of the pie into pizza goop. I’m not sure if this is when they are busy, or due to an inferior cook, but it makes it hard to handle when the slices are all stuck together in the middle and the cheese is sliding off everything. I’ve started ordering pizzas with light cheese if I don’t recognize the owner’s voice when I call in to order.

Bud: «So where do you want to eat?» Me: «Hold up let me check my Unilocal app.» Bud: «Mr. Chef?» Me:(notices no reviews for Chuck & Cheese) «How about Chuck & Cheese?» The first thing I noticed was the name. Obviously not to be confused with the«magnet of family fun» «where a kid can be a kid», Chuck AND Cheese is a local pizzeria in a strip mall across from a McDonald’s. After careful observation of the menu on the wall, we end up splitting a large linguica and onion pizza. 10 minutes later, the piping hot pizza and brought over. After the obligatory snapshots with my Blackberry, we start to nom. First thing we notice is the crust; it’s a thinner crust that’s not quite cracker thin but definitely has an aura of chewy yet crunchy to it. If I knew anything about pizza doughs, I might say something about it being a baking powder crust, but realistically I don’t know much about any sort of baking(if you have any idea, check out my pics and let me know!). I like linguica and I like the sweetness of onions on pizza, but I’m not sure it was the best mix; it was still tasty though. They have a lighter hand when it comes to sauce and a heavy hand when it comes to cheese. As we walked outside, we noticed they had pizza specials: 2 large cheese pizzas for 14 bucks(buck fifty extra per topping) and 2 small cheeses for 9 bucks(buck extra per topping). Oh well, we wouldn’t have finished two large pizzas anyway. As my preference for pizza is always bar-style pizza, it might be tough to convince me to go back frequently over other local pizza joints. But if I’m not craving bar-style pizza, I’d take Chuck & Cheese over any pizza chain any day. Overall, 3.5 stars. Note: They seem to do mainly takeout but obviously still have seating. They also have various pastas, calzones, subs, appetizers, etc.
