Established in 2004.

We’re a local Stockton company, with roots dating back to the early 80’s. From the early introduction to the home computer to what we see commonly nowadays, technology and computing has changed drastically in the years.

In 2004, founder and CEO Brion Cartwright felt the need to grow and expand his team. Since then, Plus IT, Inc. has been providing IT services to both residential and business clients. Specializing in computer network design, implementation and maintenance, we’re confident we can provide a solution to your needs. The Founder of Plus IT, Inc. has been in the computer industry since 1984. In June 2004 he began to expand his team as he realized the need to have a greater variety of technicians to keep up; a steel-​sharpens-​steel mentality. And it worked. With the help of many friends, clients, and employees, a system was created to provide the best service possible.

We’re always leary of computer repair stores because of a bad personal experience or stories of terrible service and over charging. However, I got referred to Plus It by my friend. I took my laptop in with a hard drive failure. Even though they had a rough time getting my computer to respond, they not only saved my files, but the computer runs like it did when it was new. It is 6 yrs old. Their pricing was good too and they worked hard so that they could charge me less. I really appreciate them and would recommend them. My contact was Mike! Stockton, Ca store

These guys are FANTASTIC! my computer totally crashed and they did diagnostics free of charge. It ended up working as it is supposed to but they helped me problem solve other issues and gave me tips and tricks that would not cost me money too. Had a nasty bug on my computer! Called Plus IT, and they were here next day! Nick arrived on time was courteous, professional and knowledgeable.
He fixed my issue and I was up and running in no time. He offered me some great advice and suggestions for better computer health in the future.
They were reasonably priced. Would highly recommend them for computer help.

Dale not only knows his computer stuff, but he’s a super friendly, easy going guy with a great sense of humor. I recommended Dale and Plus IT to a friend of mine who was accepting bids for IT work for his company. My friend contracted IT and says they’re better than I’d advertised! My computer started giving me trouble. It audibly announced that I have a virus and needed to go to a site and get it fixed. I’ve heard not to follow that guidance. I gave Dale a call at PLUS IT and he said get in right away. Gave me a great price plus protection for my computer going forward. Great personalized service. Updated me as they made progress.

I took my computer into be repaired (a 5 year old Mac) and I was so impressed that the technician recommended NOT to repair it. That a new Mac would cost about the same as the repair and be much faster. A less reputable repair company would have just repaired it and taken the money. Plus It is VERY reputable and trustworthy!

I can not even tell you, guys, how much me and my husb LOVE this place! They helped us since 2009, never ever let us down. They are not just absolutely knowledgeable, professional and always on the top of innovations and technology but they customer service is absolutely unbeatable! Every time we have a questions, even if it is not exactly computer related, just some general questions– they always so helpful, specifically for people that are not really that savvy, they making sure, that we understand what is going on and what we are doing. I took a laptop over there that a friend given me to be checked out and dropped it off. They called me back and rather than quoting me an outrageous price for repair they simply said the computer was not worth fixing, it would be cheaper just to buy a new one. It had a broke screen, missing keys and tons of viruses. I was thankful for their honesty. Thanks Brion you are awesome. Now every time I have any computer needs I go to Plus IT!

Not only is this the best computer repair center in Stockton. If you are have trouble with your computer, they will do a no charge diagnosis if you you will just take your computer into their shop. They also have an extremely knowledgeable staff that can take care of all of your networking needs also.
They also have huge hearts, we had a customer in need of a computer. Their family had been though some pretty tough times, after being caught in a gang related crossfire. And had no way of getting a computer, when we told them the story they, went into their storeroom and put together a computer and donated it to the family. Bravo for a job well done.
