He’s only getting one star because I’m forced. I dropped off my laptop in April with a broken screen. Paid $ 150 cash up front (I know, I know– stupid move) and he said it would be done the next week. After several months of trying to catch the shop open, or catch him on the phone, I finally caught him sitting in his car in the parking lot. He said he had been sick in the hospital and he took my laptop home so it wouldn’t get stolen. He promised to bring it the next day. Nope, nothing. Tried several more times and today there’s an eviction notice on the door and the place is emptied out. I’m livid.

I deal with these guys anytime I have an issue with the computers in my recording studio or at home this is where I bring them. Great service and friendly staff I would recommend you take your computer to them.
