I chose Mr. Osgood because I had a complicated case of eviction and thought it is best to use the service of an attorney from beginning to end to make sure I win the case. Throughout the ordeal Mr. Osgood spent time discussing the case with me and what we should do to ensure we will win the case. I just provided him the details about the situation and some paperwork and he worked off from them. He was very responsive to emails and voicemail and gave me updates on the case. On the day of the eviction he even followed up with a phone call after we had evict tenant and gave me some legal advice on future tenant agreements so I won’t run into the same problem. He was about $ 300 more expensive than another company that I got a quote from but it was worth it. His expertise and promptness helped ease the stress of evicting a tenant. When we served the 3 day notice he mentioned there are people not on the contract and he offered to serve another notice with other unknown tenants «Jane Doe» to make sure we are able to evict everyone successfully. I will use him again if I ever need to evict tenant again, but hopefully I won’t have to again.
