I usually like Costco food court but after my last experience I will never get the pizza again. The employee kept telling me my number was different than my receipt so I stood by the window just to make sure I didn’t miss it when called. After standing there for 20 minutes, another customer went up to the same employee and I watched her switch the tags with the ready pizzas. I waited another 5 minutes when I was finally asked for my number. He reached up and handed me a pizza that was sitting on the shelf(already made). By this time, it’s late, I have a cranky baby with me I just want to go home and how bad could it be? Let’s just say the pizza was totally inedible. An offer for a fresh pizza would of been preferred. I wish I got her name but the employee was completely rude and unfair.

You can never go wrong with Costco pizza for any meal. Hands down. 12 huge slices of cheesy, veggie, meaty pizzaness. Lines can be long, but worth the wait! Oh yeah, all beef or polish dog + 16oz drink for $ 1.50?! Can’t beat it brah. CostCo Pizza(18″ Combination) — $ 9.95 + tax = $ 10.81(As of 03÷28÷16)

Great pizza! Just ordered two large pepperoni pizzas to take over some friends house. Very affordable it’s $ 10.00 for a huge pizza. They have combination, pepperoni or cheese. You have to wait in line for a while but it’s worth it. Better than Little Caesars.

I love going to the Costco Food Court after I get done shopping. I’ll normally purchase whatever I’m ordering inside and then get it afterward. The polish dogs and chicken bake are delicious! I always come here for pizza when I’m having a party, because $ 10 for a large pizza can’t be beat!

I returned Wednesday with my receipt. I told them what happened and they unexpectedly refunded my money. I am very pleased because this made my night a little less enjoyable. But now that I see they take responsibility I am absolutely pleased. Thank you Costco!

Hot Dog & a Soda = $ 1.50! — Tastes great. Similar to a hot dog you’d get from a major league baseball game. Condiments available too. BBQ Brisket Sandwich = $ 4.99! — Quality buttermilk bun with hearty portion if BBQ Brisket. Tastes great. Chicken Bake = $ 2.99! — Soft Italian style bread filled with cheese, chicken, and bacon bits. So good! Church = $? — Never tried it but will next time I go. Chicken Cesar Salad = $ 3.99 — Crisp Romain lettuce, croutons, Cesar dressing, a few cherry tomatoes, & cheese. 18″ Pizza = $ 10! — Cheese, Combo, pepperoni, veggie, and ½ &½. You can phone in your pizza order too! I’m hungry now.

Love their hotdogs! Customer service could be better but won’t stop me from going still. My kids love their churros as well. Lines are long but not too bad.

Good food, good prices! Customer service? HELLNO. whoever answers the phone for orders(i didnt catch her name) is rude. I understand its busy and it can get hectic but you don’t hang up on customers while I ask you a question! Bad for business, whoever she was, yes you suck.

Honestly the best deal you’ll ever get polish sausage or beef hotdog with a drink for $ 1.50. If you come when it just opens or in the middle of the week around lunch time it’s practically empty. Only down side is cash only. If you’re a member and shopping be sure to order while you’re paying for items at the register. Pre-paid line is not only faster but usually shorter as well. Don’t fret if you only have credit card, if you have a membership just pay at the tire shop to the left and then enter the pre-paid line. :3

The hot dogs, pizza, and the drinks are kind of very tasty. The churro is my favorite food there. The chocolate coffee ice cream thing is tasty. Me and my brother would always share it when I was little.

So, today I made my first trip to Stockton’s Costco… I thought it was a bit strange that the Food Court was located outside. As we entered the building I shuddered at the thought of waiting in the two long lines at the Food Court. However, when we checked out they asked us if we’d like to prepay for anything at the food court. I ordered a chocolate ice cream bar for $ 1.50 and my companion ordered a smoothie. I was delighted when we came outside and saw that the shorter line was devoted to pre-orders and phone orders. However, it all went downhill from there. The clerk looked over our order and said, «They told you guys we don’t have any almonds, right?» I told her we had not been told and then I asked if they had any other nuts they could substitute — she again told me «We don’t have any almonds — I can refund your money if you don’t want it… we’re getting rid of all the ice cream bars, we’re discontinuing them once all these are gone so they are not restocking anything for them.» I really hope this clerk was just blowing smoke at me because I wanted to try those ice cream bars! So, I looked over the menu and noticed I could get a beef or polish dog and a soda for the same price. I told her, «It’s the same price, so go ahead and give me a polish dog.» This concept seemed to boggle her mind for a moment then she said, «Oh, so you don’t want a refund, you just want a polish dog?» Uh, affirmative Sherlock. I asked for sauerkraut and the clerk told me, «All of the toppings are over there on the side.» She handed over a shiny wrapped dog and a cup. I filled my cup up with sierra mist and headed over to the condiments. So, I unwrapped my POLISH dog and was pretty disappointed to see a red beef sausage looking back at me. Enraged, I turned back towards the counter as my companion impatiently waited to get out of there. Unfortunately for me, the line for both sides seemed to have tripled since I had filled my soda so I decided to just top my beef dog and get out of there. I looked up and down the condiments station. HELLO! There was no sauerkraut! All they had was a single lock box that was supposed to be filled with onions. I futilely turned the handle until about 10 or 11 pieces of diced onion eked out. On each side of the empty onion box there were two stations with ketchup, mustard, deli mustard, and relish. Again, I must have picked the wrong side because I had to pump those suckers like a maniac to get anything to come out. Anyhow, I didn’t get my ice cream or my polish dog today. But at least my companion was only out a buck fifty… so what can I say? It was worth what I paid for it!

Pizza: I ate this pizza as survival food for four days! Excellent taste and quality stayed the same even on the fourth day! I grilled my pizza on the barbecue; it tasted delicious!

With as organized and clean as Costco is, I am always surprised at how dysfunctional the food court here is. The last two times I have been here its taken me at least 15 or 20 minutes to get my food. While everyone else who works at Costco looks like they love their job, the workers in the food court look like they are over worked. It’s hard for me to understand why they only have two people working at 5pm, right when everyone gets off work and wants things like pizza for dinner. I had to wait 15 minutes just to order my pizza tonight, and once that wait was over I was told I needed to wait another 20 minutes. If it wasn’t so darn good and well priced I might have gone elsewhere… it sucks that this is the one part of Costco where the customer service lacks. Save yourself a few minutes and call ahead your order… you will still have to wait in line for 15 minutes but at least you can leave after that. :0)

Food: 5 stars(the food is cheap and delicious, of course it’s going to get a 5 star rating!) SERVICE: OMG! I’ve been to MANY Costcos in my life(12 to be exact) and this food court is the MOST incompetent! Why do they ONLY have 1 – 2 lines open when they KNOW there are a lot of people? RARELY do they not have a long line, and YET, they STILLONLYHAVE1 – 2COUNTERSOPEN!!! I don’t want to spend 30 minutes waiting in line for something I ALREADY ordered! People LEAVE the line since it takes FOREVER! I honestly think they have a poor manager/supervisor/whoever, since they DON’T know how to create EFFICIENT schedules. GOD! It’s SOO infuriating EVERY time! otherwise, the food is great, super cheap price, but POORMANAGEMENT! not to mention, parking sucks!
