Very good customer service, same day repair most of the time with my cars. They will tell at front whats wrong and how much it will be, no hidden charges. I have recommended them to my friends and they all are happy going over to this business as they saved money and got quality work done. I wish they are open on weekends too. but that’s just me.

I have been going to these guys (Kam and Sam Bains) since they were in an old location and it was Kam’s Auto Repair.
These guys are honest, reasonably priced and more trustworthy than just about any mechanic shop I have ever been to. I discovered them when my regular mechanic canceled an appointment when I showed up for a scheduled repair. I had made special arrangements to have a ride that day, etc., and he failed to even call me ahead of time to reschedule. I stopped at their shop out of curiosity… Kam told me he could not only fix the problem in about 2 hours (my other guy told me 4), but the cost was only about $ 240, whereas my regular mechanic had quoted me over $ 400! When I told Kam that and asked if he was sure, his response was «That other guy is just ripping you off!» I haven’t been to another shop since!
I’ve gone here so long now that I consider these guys friends, and sometimes stop in just to say «Hello!» I have sent friends there, and wouldn’t hesitate to send anyone there! Their father spent years in the bay area working on high end vehicles like Mercedes, Porsche, Rolls Royce, etc. He works in their shop 2 — 3 days per week as well. I have seen these guys work (successfully) on everything from a Ferrari to your everyday Toyota, Mercedes to Ford… they can handle it! If they can’t, they’ll be honest enough to tell you!
While they are on the East side of town and not on some glamorous «Auto Row», their rent allows them to pass on the savings to you. ***I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!***
