Aladdin Heating & Air Conditioning

I contacted them to service my ac and was told that the repair person would be at my house within an hour. The repair person never showed up. Don’t waste your time and go somewhere else.

Who’s air conditioning unit went out on the hottest day of the year? Mine, of course! I called Aladdin late in the evening and they gave a whole new meaning to «24 hour service! «They called me as soon as they had availability THE SAME NIGHT, and was at my door within 15 mins. Mike, the service tech was courteous, professional, informative and HONEST. He gave me the very best deal and had my unit up and running within minutes. My house had been over 90 degrees for most of the day and there was no way I wanted my children who were stuck at home all day while I was at work to have to be in sweltering heat another day. I’m so grateful for the prompt, professional service Aladdin provided me with. I definitely recommend them.

Beware! We called Aladdin to get our AC working. A man whose shirt said he was Tony told us, without even looking at the unit, that our compressor was going out, so we would need to replace our entire unit. Lucky for us, a good one was on sale THIS WEEK ONLY for $ 9,800. I called a friend in the business who replaced our breaker, checked and cleaned our unit and now it works great. The compressor is just fine. His bill…$ 200. Sound like Aladdin was giving me a snow job!

HVAC in rental failed on weekend. Aladdin was readily available to respond and accessed the problem to the 40 yr old system as the transformer to the blower. Michael gave a reasonable job estimate and came back with the part first thing the next morning and got the system up and running.
I will use them again if I have a HVAC problem in the future. No inflated weekend/​holiday prices.

Our AC went out on July 3^rd around 7:00 PM. On the Fourth of July Michelle at Aladdin put us in touch with their technician Alex, and coordinated with out home owners insurance all the necessary details and paperwork, and there’s a lot, to have us inspected, parts ordered and everything up and running by the morning of the fifth.
Could not have asked for better service with no run around on price and no sales BS. Straightforward service on a holiday when everyone else was closed, they not only were available but they are quick, courteous and efficient.

Tony and his crew are the best! My A/​C went out on the worst possible week of the decade… during a protracted and unprecedented heat wave AND on the day that my family from the east coast flew in. Aladdin handled everything for me in a professional manner. And the follow-​through was awesome! Plus, they’re locally owned and operated. I got a wonderful «parts & labor» warranty as well.
