Post Office

A Christmas gift was supposed to be delivered but never showed up. Delivery conformation was purchased on the item, and the item tracked as never delivered. After a week past the scheduled date, I contacted this office. The lady on the phone was rude, and unappologetic. She told me it was just a mistake, and that the package was probably delivered, but not scanned in. And since I lived in an apartment, anyone could have picked up the package. After asking why I would pay for delivery confirmation that wasn’t actually used? She offered to refund it. Thanks: I want to purchase this, but once I want to use it, you say no and buy it back. She eventually hung up on me. Merry Christmas! Two weeks past new years, the package showed up. One more star because everyone inside this post office on the day to day is always friendly.
