Last week I made an appointment to get my air conditioning worked on. Dropped off my daughter’s car at 7:30 the next day and Mr. Trout gave me a ride to work. I paid with my credit card over the phone and my daughter picked up her car the same day. It went good and didn’t cost as much as the place we used to go to. I didn’t ask about the warranty, but I can’t imagine anything being covered a year. You can’t even buy a brand new TV at Best Buy and get a one year warranty.

I’ve had good and bad experiences here. Right now i’m paying another mechanic to redo work done less than a year ago by Trout Automotive. That gets under my skin just a bit but i’ve also had good experiences there. Tough to rate objectively but having the same job done twice isn’t ok.
