Bill, the owner, has come out two or three times in the last year or so for malfunctioning appliances, and he is fabulous! Great service and very knowledgeable! His prices are very, very good and I can not recommend him highly enough. I’m so glad to have found someone who I can trust!

This company has delighted me twice. I didn’t truly realize how much until I had an experience with another company that was horrible. Both times I have had to use them, I called in through my HMS warranty, they got in touch with me almost immediately and came out next day. Polite and professional! My son had the flu and WRM knew that a broken washing machine in this case was an emergency while their compeitiors did not. Thank you WRM, for saving the day!

Had our dryer go out with a newborn at home and called Warranty Service (HMS) on a Friday. They scheduled us on the following Monday which happened to be President’s Day. The owner Mr. Mason came out (on time!!) and was incredibly pleasant and got the service done in a matter of a few minutes with a part replacement. In addition, he took the time to tell me how to maintain several other appliances better and some suggestions on an install of a cooktop that I was looking to install. Highly recommend giving them a try!

These guys are tops. Got a good feeling on the phone w/​the receptionist, who gave me ballpark ideas of what my problems could be (had a problem w/​icemaker and dryer).
Called on thursday or friday, got an appt for tuesday. They came on time, and the guy that came was actually the owner, Bill. Super personable and charmed my guard dog in 5 seconds.
The service call charge was quite reasonable, $ 55 to look at both appliances. Answers were straight and honest. They have a customer for life.
